Wailea Elua 705 is an exquisite vacation rental located on the stunning shores of Maui. This newly renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach house inspired condominium offers a spacious layout ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a luxurious getaway. With approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, the condo is designed to provide comfort and style, featuring modern furnishings and tasteful decor.

The open-concept living area is bright and airy, with large windows that fill the space with natural light and offer beautiful views. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa and arm chairs, making this condo perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is made for entertaining and includes top of the line appliances, and all the tools and gadgets you are accustomed to back home to whip up an amazing island-inspired meal if you choose to.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, and access to the primary lanai. The second bedroom includes two extra long twin beds which can be converted to a king bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests.
The outdoor spaces are what make this vacation rental stand out above the rest. The front lanai off the living room enjoys ocean views. Take your morning coffee out to the lanai table or swing on the hanging chair with a good book. Gorgeous condo
The Wailea Elua condo wonderful. It is a listed as a first floor unit but it is on the second floor facing the ocean with a full garage underneath (owner access only). We were pleased with the ocean views. We didn’t hear a single neighbor the entire week we were at the property. The condo is well stocked, both in kitchen and bathroom supplies. Extra sheets and blankets were in the closets. Bath and beach towels were replaced midweek during the cleaning. Laundry detergent was supplied for the new machines. The condo has 4 beach chairs. We purchased and left an umbrella for others to use. The sound system in the living room was great. We couldn’t figure out how to lower the outside shades on the porch but everything else is extremely well labeled. Wailea Elua’s grounds are exceptional and beautifully well maintained. It is a gated community and felt very safe. The property management was very responsive. We would love to return in the future.

Beautiful spot and lovely unit. The proximity to the pool and the beach was perfect - 3 minute walk. The condo was spacious, really comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and playing.
