• Sleeping Setup: The additional sleeping arrangement is a standard fold-out sofa bed in the living area (all necessary linens are provided in the unit).
• Beach Access: Wailea Elua Village is adjacent to Ulua Beach. A short, pleasant walk through the 24-acre property grounds will bring you right to the sand.

We had a great stay! Super comfortable accommodations for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was very manageable and our 4 year old made the trek with no complaints. The location was incredible and close to so much in the area! We can’t wait to come back and visit.

Fantastic stay! This gorgeous unit offers lovely water views in exclusive Wailea, just minutes from the beach yet incredibly private and safe. The spacious layout was perfect for our family and hosting guests for dinner. It was spotless upon arrival, featuring high-end touches like motorized curtains and a kitchen well-stocked with quality appliances.
We loved the easy access to the Wailea Beach Path and the oceanfront pool—a perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable; all questions were answered instantly via SMS, and requests for extra items like towels and soap were delivered promptly. This level of service exceeded our expectations for a non-hotel setting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay at the condo in Wailea. The oceanfront walking path and surrounding beaches offer great opportunity to stroll and relax. The community pool is great for sunsets and taking in the views. We went during US spring break time, so was much more busy than is likely typical for the resort area. The unit rented has a definite impact on quality of stay dependent upon proximity to the pools, beach, and patio view.
