Urlaub im Paradies
Unser Aufenthalt im Elua Village war einfach traumhaft. Das Appartement war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen möglichen Küchenutensilien, super sauber und der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse war atemberaubend. Am einfach zu erreichenden Strand haben wir jeden Abend unglaublich schöne Sonnenuntergänge gesehen. Wir hoffen, irgendwann mal wieder zu kommen. Mahalo

Besides a few hiccups with a few things once we entered it was awesome. Very responsive. Great place. Great views. Our second trip to Elua and both were awesome. This one needs a new washer or to get it fixed. It’s a bit touchy. Thanks all

We had such an amazing stay! Was in the most perfect location and very walkable to the grocery store and shops. Quiet and clean. The management company was great to work with; extremely responsive and very helpful. We loved that they would text us the word of the day, sunset/sunrise times and the weather conditions. :). Will definitely be back!!

It was like a dream, we never wanted to leave. Stunning inside and out, the grounds are the most beautiful I have ever seen and the condo is in perfect condition, better than the pictures. My husband and I are sensitive to strong scented cleaning products, and this place was a dream come true, no discernible scent, but spotlessly clean. We could even use and enjoy the body products, which never happens. I could go on and on, but will say, I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed in this beautiful home. Thank you!

Love this resort and this condo was up to its high standards. Very comfortable even the bed. Beautiful view from living room and bedroom as well as lanai. Sometimes a problem with noise from unit above. Would stay again

Beach getaway
Our condo was great overall. Loved the layout, the Lanai, nice size kitchen and it was stocked with appliances, coffee grinder (which I wish I knew prior to checkin) blender, toaster, coffee maker, great cookware, lots of utensils too. I wish they would leave things from prior guests, like sauces, spices olive oil, would be great to have these things that I know other guests use and have extra when they leave. The bed was great, the pullout perfect for our kids. 2 beach chairs and a so so umbrella were provided, not a great unbrella for an island with big winds. The grounds are great with views of the sea from our lanai. Check in was fairly easy, and there is a pool too. The location is also great, close to Kihea, close to a shopping mall, not far from some markets, like Hawaiian Moon-natural food market, Paia Fish which is a yummy restaurant.. Housekeeping came twice during our stay, wish there was a bottle of windex for us to spray down the glass table, but otherwise all was great here.

Gorgeous villa in great location
This is our second time staying in the same unit - it was a wonderful experience. Recently remodeled kitchen and an ideal floor plan. Views were spectacular. Only recommendation is to include a handbook of operating instructions for the TV & newly installed wall safe.

Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
• All reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
• Elua Village - A property check-in fee of $200.00 plus taxes will be assessed per

• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
