The oceanside lanai travels the length of both the living room and the primary bedroom for plentiful outdoor living space, including sun coverage via the motorized shades and a lanai fan over the dining table to stay cool. An additional lanai off the dining room faces the opposite direction and enjoys peekaboo majestic Wailea Golf course views through lush tropical plantings.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and stunning ocean views. Unique decor with hues of blues and greens lends a playful and relaxing atmosphere. Private sliding doors can be opened for easy access out onto the lanai for morning coffee or breakfast. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin daybed for lounging or to comfortably sleep an additional guest.
Enjoy your daily stroll to the two heated and gated pools on property, one facing Ulua Beach and the second located in a more secluded and quiet location with an in-ground hot tub spa. The beach-facing pool also features a full kitchen and BBQ grilling area, fitness center, and seating and dining under a covered pavilion.
