Welcome to Wailea Elua Village #2108. This two-bedroom, two-bath residence is fully remodeled and redecorated, features an extra-large floor plan of more than 1,500 square feet, and boasts gorgeous, elevated views of the ocean, off-shore islets, and lush tropical gardens from each room. At sunset you can gaze directly towards the ocean in a westerly direction, which makes for great moonsets and stargazing too!

This residence has a swanky, contemporary, and uniquely beach villa feeling. You’ll appreciate the stunning decor and numerous art pieces by local Maui artists. Be mesmerized by our 85-inch flat screen TV in the living room, 60-inch TV in the primary bedroom, and 50-inch TV in the second bedroom, with a subwoofer-based SONOS system throughout the home for an exceptional audio experience.

Note: This is one of the few Elua condos that offers a queen bed in the second bedroom, along with a daybed for those situations where you prefer a separate bed too.

Enjoy in-residence meals at the impressive wooden dining table that easily seats six. Or gather casually around the breath-taking custom gold-flecked Indian black granite kitchen island that spans over ten feet in length. Prepare your meals in the gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, and all of the cooking accoutrements you could ask for, or have our Island Hosts arrange for a private chef.

This is one of the largest two-bedroom residences within Wailea Elua Village, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. The oceanside lanai travels the length of both the living room and the primary bedroom for plentiful outdoor living space, including sun coverage via the motorized shades and a lanai fan over the dining table to stay cool. An additional lanai off the dining room faces the opposite direction and enjoys peekaboo majestic Wailea Golf course views through lush tropical plantings.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and stunning ocean views. Unique decor with hues of blues and greens lends a playful and relaxing atmosphere. Private sliding doors can be opened for easy access out onto the lanai for morning coffee or breakfast. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin daybed for lounging or to comfortably sleep an additional guest.

Enjoy your daily stroll to the two heated and gated pools on property, one facing Ulua Beach and the second located in a more secluded and quiet location with an in-ground hot tub spa. The beach-facing pool also features a full kitchen and BBQ grilling area, fitness center, and seating and dining under a covered pavilion. It's a great place to watch the ocean on the rare day when there may be inclement weather. Also onsite is a pickleball court with complimentary paddles and balls and three additional Weber BBQ gas grills within a minute walk from the villa.

Complimentary use of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and storage cooler is also provided, all accessible in our private garage for your use. You get easy access to world-famous Wailea beaches, restaurants, shopping, and spas, and can experience an abundance of ocean and outdoor sports just steps from your home-away-from-home.

Such a beautiful place to stay the view was amazing. Loved that it was walking distance to the market, some shops and restaurants and multiple beaches. The condo was clean and updated and it was very easy to check in and out. They had everything you need including beach chairs, towels and a coffee maker. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a great place. Can't beat the location and the apartment was perfect. All the amenities you need (even including a wine fridge, nice touch). Easy parking. Easy access. Would definitely stay here again

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this place. Extremely comfortable and quiet accommodations that seemed to be recently renovated. Ample size for our family. Has all of the accommodations one would expect from a 5-star listing. Within walking distance to all of the really nice things Wailea has to offer. Staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Gorgeous condo in a beautiful community. We loved our stay here- fit our family of five (older kids) perfectly. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. Condo has walking access to multiple family-friendly beaches, restaurants, and shops. Note that the walk back to the condo is a bit uphill and may be challenging for some. We’d love to stay here again!

My recommendations would be to get a Keurig. Some cleaning products to write the counters down with in between cleanings, even though we didn’t have any cleanings as we did not need it. It was just my wife and I. Needs Teflon spatula for the Teflon cookware. I thought it was great to have the roller shades that were electric. I did feel the outdoor furniture was not overly comfortable. Could use a cushion on the back. Overall, I would stay here again really had a great time very clean and nice place. I believe the biggest issue if any would be for the code to be available so we don’t have to go up about 2 miles to visit a place. It should be obvious with all the codes are to the pools/resident/garage all in clear sight when you walk in. Anyway, thanks to the owners. They did a great job.
