Wailea Elua Village 2005 is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental located in the desirable Wailea region of Maui. This beautifully appointed condo offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
The spacious interior features an open-concept design that maximizes natural light and ocean views. A lack of clutter and unnecessary furnishings combine with cool clean tile floors to create a somewhat minimalist design approach which will be calming on your senses. Large sliding glass doors lead to a private lanai, where guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the gentle sounds of the ocean, perfect for alfresco dining or morning coffee. Slide the lanai doors completly open to create the ideal indoor/outdoor lifestyle Maui is known for.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Each of the two bedrooms is designed for comfort, featuring plush bedding and plenty of storage, while the two bathrooms are elegantly designed, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has private lanai access. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
Located just a short walk from the pristine Ulua Beach, Wailea Elua Village 2005 provides easy access to some of Maui’s best snorkeling and swimming spots. The community offers a range of amenities, including two swimming pools, a hot tub, and beautifully landscaped grounds that invite leisurely strolls.

Had a wonderful stay with our younger children. Really enjoyed the pools and the easy access to the beach and stores. The sunsets are like nothing you’ve experienced!

Gorgeous property, amazing views, loved the way the living/dining area opened entirely to the lanai. Perfectly manicured landscaping, minutes walk from the amenities and beaches. Arrival, rules, and checkout couldn’t have been easier. This was exactly what we needed.

Deposit
25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.

For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

*Deposit and Cancellation policies may vary depending on when your reservation was booked. Please check your confirmation for your deposit and cancellation terms.

No Pets Allowed
• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name
on the reservation will be required to check-in.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
• Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies
• No pets allowed
• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
• Rates are subject to a 8.5% service fee plus taxes on all reservations
• All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
• All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual
property's Homeowner Association Rules

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.
