Coffee and Cocktails Made Special!
This unit was an amazing place to stay! The corner lanai gave us plenty of space to enjoy ocean and sunset views, making mornings with coffee and evenings with cocktails truly special. With easy access to Ulua Beach, the Wailea Beach Path, nearby restaurants, shopping at The Shops at Wailea, and golf, plus quiet, well-kept grounds, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.

Amazing condo, best location
I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this condo. I would say it is not only one of the best located condos in Wailea but also extremely well appointed. We missed nothing and had spectacular sunsets every night from the lanai. The access to the beach and activities are second to none. The management company took care of all our needs. If you book here you have nothing to worry about once you arrive. Spectacular visit and unrivaled views From this unit. Beds are super comfy too and excellent service.

The perfect spot!
We love staying at the Wailea Elua condos and this unit has fabulous oceanfront views and sunsets. The photo you see is what you get from your front window. The unit itself was well equipped for everything we needed and the management company provided daily cleaning service.

Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
• All reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
• Elua Village - A property check-in fee of $200.00 plus taxes will be assessed per
reservation.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied

• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
