Elua Spring Break
We had a fantastic week in Wailea. I’m the past we stayed at Ekahi, but we had a larger party and needed 3 bedrooms- this property got the bill perfectly. We spent a lot of time on Elua beach for the first time, and we now prefer it to Keawakapu, which we also love.The property is actually nicer in person than the pictures depict. The layout is great, the property is clean, and the kitchen is well-appointed. The view is amazing and the location is superconvenient both in Wailea and on the property itself.CoralTree has a weekly housekeeping service that comes on Wednesday, which was not aware of when I booked, but I’m not complaining. Also, you have to check-in at a different (albeit very nearby) location, which I wasn’t expecting for a VRBO. Not a problem, just different from other places I’ve stayed.

Ideal location
Our family had a fantastic week on Maui! The condo was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the beach and amenities on property can’t be beat! The staff and property managers were quite lovely and easy to work with.

Fabulous vacation
Our time in Maui was wonderful. The location of the unit was great. Watching the sunset each evening was a highlight of the trip. The unit was clean and well stocked.

We had a great stay at Wailea Elua. The access got the beach was perfect, the house was well equipped, and the management was responsive. We could not have asked for a nicer stay. Would definitely come back!

Excellent location of this unit in the entire Elua village. No second unit above. The main dining outside area is right in front of the ocean with spectacular view. Interior is slightly outdated but everything is working; all you need for cooking is available with good casseroles , frying pans, everything is working.
Ocean beach is exceptionally clean and right next to the unit; if you walk up the pathway yo the left , you be at the big Great Wailea beach . Shopping for essentials is next door walking distance.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

• All reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
• Elua Village - A property check-in fee of $200.00 plus taxes will be assessed per
