Evenings offer gorgeous sunsets framed by swaying coconut palms, perfect for a relaxing cocktail on the lanai while watching the sun setting over the horizon.

The open kitchen design, with a large center island, is the perfect setting for you to try your hand at a new island culinary creation. Choose from the sectional couch or a collection of side chairs to relax in the nicely furnished interior with a good book from the selection provided by the owners. The residence has top of the line electronics with high definition televisions and a Sonos sound system.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with custom glass brick walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds and private entry onto the ocean view lanai.

The tropical walkway just outside your door will lead you to one of Maui’s most beautiful beaches – Ulua Beach, where it joins the Wailea Beach Walk that meanders along the coastline to all of Wailea’s most exclusive restaurants and spas.

What a wonderful condominium, in a truly beautiful location! And… a truly spectacular view from the lanai. In the morning. All day long. And at sunset. Wow!
With some of the best beaches in the world just steps away, we experienced the best that Maui has to offer. Would love to stay here again.

Fantastic Wailea Location
We loved the beautiful sunset view from the lanai and easy access to other restaurants and shopping areas, both by walking along the beach or a short drive. The exterior of the property is very well cared for and the unit itself was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having housekeeping every few days is lovely as well. It wasn't listed anywhere in the description, but there is a Ninja blender and a coffee grinder. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent is provided. There are four beach chairs, but no umbrella. That's the only addition that would be nice. On arrival we noticed the air mattress was deflating and a new one was provided immediately. The property management communication is excellent and the weather updates and word of the day were fun. The unit is equipped with sun shades, multiple TV's and a Sonos system. If you are looking for a relaxing location that is clean and well cared for, close to everything you need, this is the place!

Deposit
25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.

For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

*Deposit and Cancellation policies may vary depending on when your reservation was booked. Please check your confirmation for your deposit and cancellation terms.

No Pets Allowed
• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name
on the reservation will be required to check-in.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover

• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.
