Great Condo
Would you like a nice secluded condo for romantic evenings with your significant other? Would you like to be able to take a short walk and see the most beautiful sunsets on the world? Would you like to have a Weber grill on your Lanai? Would you like to have access to 4 or 5 of the best beaches on Maui? (All within 5 minutes drive) If you anwsered yes to any of the above questions then you have found your home away from home, look no further. This condo is awesome, and very easy to rent just email and they will get back with you very very quickly. We could not have been happier, and really got lucky as this was our first time on Maui.

Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
60 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
• All reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
• Wailea Ekahi Village - A one-time check-out cleaning fee of $200 plus taxes (studios
& one-bedrooms) or $250 plus taxes (two-bedroom)
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
