Convenient to the beach
Everything as advertised. Great for the family and kids. Close to the beach in the lower half of the property. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay
We loved our stay at Wailea Ekahi Village. 3/5 marks for check-in process since its off-site and could have been completed electronically if they'd offered. 1/5 for communication since our kitchen lacked a basic item and when requested we got a lame response ("we'll see if there's any available") and no service / never received the missing item.

Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
60 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
• All reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
• Wailea Ekahi Village - A one-time check-out cleaning fee of $200 plus taxes (studios
& one-bedrooms) or $250 plus taxes (two-bedroom)
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
