Super property in an amazing location. We stayed six nights
(Feb 26 - Mar 4). Watched whales from PH402's private lanai every day. Vacationing on Maui is always great, but staying at PH402-Wailea Beach Villas was a special experience. The unit was exceptionally clean, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. WBV is a great property with outstanding on-site facilities, direct access to the beach and easy access to shops and restaurants. We are looking forward to a return trip.

This was not our first stay at Wailea Beach Villas and in fact, we stayed at this unit before. The unit was as remembered - very well maintained, exceptionally clean/organized and well appointed. There is plenty of space and the unit has a great flow including the kitchen with 2 fridges and freezers. The lanai (balcony) has a couple of comfortable chairs, a dining table with chairs and a bbq. The view is amazing. You can see the ocean, Molokini, West Maui and Lanai and you will see fantastic sunsets. The staff are very friendly and helpful. CoralTree was both proactive and quick to respond to any questions. WBV has a lovely pool and hot tub plus a separate pool in another area for families with young children. You are steps to the walking/jogging path and the beach where you can also find WBV sun loungers. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay again and we would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. Exceptional.

Deposit
Your deposit policy will depend on the rate booked.

For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Cancellation Terms:

Travel dates 1/5-12/18: Less than 30 days prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

*Deposit and cancellation policies may vary depending on when your reservation was booked and what promotion you booked with. Bookings booked early and receiving discounts are non-changeable, nonrefundable. Please check your confirmation for your deposit and cancellation terms.

Check-out is 11:00am
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at our Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. Service animals are welcome and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy. Proper notice require to accommodate accordingly.
• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name
on the reservation will be required to check-in.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
• Wailea Beach Villas additional per person, per day over standard occupancy charge is $50 plus
tax.
• Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies
• No pets allowed
• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
• Rates are subject to a 8.0% service fee plus taxes on all reservations
• All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
• All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual
property's Homeowner Association Rules


A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $3,000.
