Wonderful two bedroom villa with great access to the club amenities as well as within walking distance to the Jazz Aspen festival. Beautiful view overlooking the golf course and the mountains. Would definitely come and stay again!

Perfect spot on the top floor with an incredible direct view of Mt Daly and the beautiful surroundings! This villa was as described and had everything we needed for my wife and I to enjoy a wonderful visit to the Snowmass Club. The club amenities were great and we utilized them daily. The location makes it easy to get to Snowmass Village and is within 30 minutes or less to Aspen, Basalt, the airport and many of the desired spots for hiking, biking, etc. One thing since it was mid-July is that we did have to use the fans + let outside air in to help cool off the inside when we would return back late afternoon and keep running overnight since there was no A/C, but that was expected and same as many of the mountain condo properties we looked at staying in the area. It worked fine and overall was a great stay! We would definitely return back.

Awesome place with a great view! The place was well-provisioned with so many necessities and had a lovely western and mountain charm with beautiful decorations. Great style and excellent quality. Seemed like a brand new home. Highly recommended place to rent!

Great place - exactly as advertised
Very clean and new/updated condo. It was just me and my wife but could have very comfortably fit another couple or our full family. Nice living area and kitchen. Access to Snowmass Club was a nice amenity and just a few steps from the RFTA stop to get you yo Snowmass Village (and only one stop/3 min ride to Two Creeks lift). Would definitely stay here again.

The place was so clean! The check Staff was very helpful and friendly. Makes me feel very welcomed. I have really enjoyable stay. Strong recommend.

Policies
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Housekeeping

Service every other day starting on the third day (trash removal and towel refresh)

Linens changed on request

Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping

Requested items delivered to door (not inside); maintenance completed only when residence is vacant

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking at most properties (one space per condo)

Town of Snowmass Village parking required at some properties: $17.50/day in winter, free in summer/fall

Insurance

Strongly recommended trip cancellation and interruption insurance
