Great unit and great location! Very clean and modern, lots of space! This unit had five total bedrooms, one with a queen and private bath, one with King and semi private bath (both downstairs) and a queen room, two twins room and a loft space (enclosed) with two sets of bunks and another full bath upstairs. Easily could sleep 12! We only have five people there and there was more than enough room for everyone!

Our 10 person group had a great stay! Everything was as described in description. Check in was easy and employees were extremely nice. Comfortable couches and beds and a great set up for a big group. Very close to the gondola and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Free shuttle to main village is super easy! Kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. Very pleased with this experience and definitely would stay again!

Beautiful view in perfect location in lions head and 1 min walk to shuttle for vail village. Very responsive hosts. Rug and furniture old and could use updating but not terrible. Bunk room should be closed in as unusable for kids because of lights shining from downstairs. Pictures do make it seem bigger. But would stay again for location and response time with hosts

Excellent location in Lionshead. Vantage Point condo was furnished nicely and an efficient use of space for our large group. Elders members enjoyed the King bedroom and a Queen ensuite bedroom downstairs. Kitchen had very nice layout and appliances. Only issue was that you have to pick up condo door code at Landmark property which is a 5 minute walk away from the condo. Coraltree staff very pleasant to talk to and text for questions. Would stay again.

Bachelor getaway

We had a great time during our stay in Vail. The unit was everything we needed and expected. We had 10 guys up for a bachelor getaway weekend and everyone had a bed with the exception of two sharing the king size bedroom. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen was great. Only down fall was onsite parking but the office set us up with some offsite parking so it was all good. Will definitely stay here again.

We had 10 guys up for a bachelor getaway weekend and everyone had a bed with the exception of two sharing the king size bedroom. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen was great. The location was great. The residence was a represented well in the description. It was a bit older, but very functional. The parking and unloading was the only issue. We had to take our Thule off to get our car into the parking garage. If your car is more than 6'8, it is a bit difficult.There is not an area to unload without blocking the garage entrance or exit. Other than that, it was great. It is pretty cozy, tight quarters, but the bedding and pillows were great!

We had a great stay here. The location cannot be beat and we loved the views. Overall, the unit was nice, but we did have a few issues with the heating system. The heat would not remain on and did not go on in one of the bedrooms. The host did send a maintenance person the next day, but unfortunately, the problem continued. Also, the dryer did not work and would not dry any of our clothing. Overall, it is a nice unit (two of the bathrooms can use some work).

Vantage Point In Vail for Family Vacation

Overall the property was great for our family. The space was a bit small for 9 people but it worked out well for everyone. We were out in the village most of the time or hiking so our time spent in the condo was limited. The kitchen was well stocked with what equipment we needed to cook our meals and the view was wonderful when sitting out on the deck in the morning and at night. Our grandchildren enjoyed the loft area and the bunk beds - perfect for them to be together!! Also they loved the pool and hot tub! The one complaint I do have is the carpets and floor were not very clean. The floor in the kitchen was dirty and the carpets are badly stained when we arrived so hopefully whenever is responsible for the upkeep will get them cleaned. I would definitely recommend the property to others. Again, overall we were very pleased to find this condo for our family vacation and will consider it again for our next trip to Vail. The front desk staff was very nice to work with at Destinations of Vail but I would recommend you have someone with the cleaning people who speaks English to make communicating a little easier. Great location within walking distance of all the fun in the village. The place was nearly perfect in every way. It was very clean and comfortable with daily cleaning and towel service if wanted/needed. I overlooked that there is no air conditioning so it can get a little warm. Although several fans are provided to use throughout the condo. At this time the blow dryer does not work and needs replacing however this was reported to the manager so hopefully will be fixed soon!

Spectacular condo with unbeatable location (<5 min walk to the Vail base area and Eagle Bahn gondola). Spacious with lots of beds and a balcony with an amazing view overlooking the mountain. a bit dated and very tiny bathrooms. not enough towels, tissues, dishtowels. not a sponge or aluminum foil or extra garbage bags.

I have an excellent stay at this location with a few friends while being able to walk to the slopes within a couple of minutes. The shops are close by and hot tub allowed for post-skiing relaxation.

Policies

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival.

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM

Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.

Parking

One vehicle included per reservation (garage parking).

Additional vehicles: use Town of Vail parking structures (fee applies).

Front Desk

Open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during peak winter and summer.

Hours may vary in spring/fall.

Late arrivals: pick up keys from Landmark lock box (code provided in confirmation).

Taxes & Fees

Tax: 10.8%, subject to change.

Resort Fee: 6.5% taxable, covers property services.

Residence Protection Plan: $69 per reservation, covers accidental damage up to $1,500 (must be reported before departure).

Housekeeping

Daily trash and towel service.

Stays of 5+ nights receive a full clean with linen change on day 4.

Excessively dirty units may incur an additional cleaning fee (minimum $500).

Pack ’n Plays available upon request.

House Rules & Guidelines

No smoking or pets (penalty: minimum $500).

Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (no loud or disruptive behavior).

Wildlife: No trash left outside; bears are active.

Ski boots: Not permitted indoors, use ski lockers.

Do Not Disturb: Staff must enter if the sign remains on for more than 24 hours.

Occupancy: Only registered guests allowed; exceeding limits (including infants) leads to penalties.

Supervision: Adults responsible for children’s behavior and safety.

Fines: Up to $500 for policy violations.

Fire Safety: Units equipped with extinguishers, smoke, and CO detectors.

Garbage disposals: Do not use for grease, glass, bones, fruit peels, or paper.

Private Residences: Respect all owner belongings and keep unit items inside.

Liability: Guests assume full responsibility for personal property and safety.

Additional Notes

Travel insurance strongly recommended, especially in winter.
