We loved every thing about this place. We especially enjoyed the sunroom. We watched the alligators, birds and even saw three deer. We hope to rent again next year. 😊

We've enjoyed using VRBO for years, and this was our favorite rental to date. The house was charming and well-equipped - the back porch is as dreamy as the photos appear! We loved the location, and communication was top-notch. I hope we have a chance to return!

The location was incredible. I only have one recommendation and that the kitchen could have had some cleaning supplies like vinegar or windex to clean mirrors and countertops etc.

The house was perfect for 4 women and 2 toddlers! It was secluded in a cul-de-sac so the boys could run around safely and it was a 5-10 walk to the main portion of the resort where the pools and beach access was! There are also shuttles that can take you around or golf carts to rent if you'd like!

The house was perfect for our group of friends to stay at during a destination wedding we attended at the resort. We had access to everything within the resort and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return to the resort and hopefully the same house one day!

We booked the place for my friends wedding at wild dunes. They were very responsive and the place was amazing. Great views and have clear instructions. It was very easy to book transportation to the airport as well as within the resort.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
