The condo was neat and had all necessary amenities. Our stay was short but great. We visited off season so most of Snowmass Village restaurants and stores were not open. Those that were open were treated us well. Would recommend.

Great experience. Convenient check-in, good location, comfortable setup, nice pool & hot tub. We brought temporary suction-cup style blackout curtains since we have a light-sensitive toddler that were useful. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect and walkable to many areas within the Snowmass village. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 5 and our boys really enjoyed the built-in bunk beds. Our host was extremely proactive and was very quick to respond to our requests. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this condo and we look forward to staying there on our next trip to Snowmass.

Stayed two nights in September. It was the perfect place for my husband, adult daughter and me. There is an elevator, which is helpful since the condo is on the third floor. There is also a dedicated parking space, so you never have to worry about finding parking. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, with additional pillows found in the closet. Nice, fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Beautiful view from the living area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Awesome place! supplied a crib for my 9mo. Good location and has shuttles for that walk back up. We went during the "off season" so it was a little dead but I could imagine seeing the slopes during winter time!

This is our second time to stay in this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed and felt both spacious and cozy for our family of four. We brought our two teen girls who are not as into hiking as we are and they enjoyed the space and nice view of the pine and Aspen trees. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I especially loved sitting in the living room in the mornings looking out at the view while having my coffee. My husband loved sitting on the balcony. The location was perfect because it was quiet and away from everything yet a short walk to the village mall with food and shopping. Our favorite place to eat was Grub Thai…so good!! Their pho and yellow curry were the best!! For fun we took the bus to Maroon Bells and hiked to Crater Lake (bring your hiking poles). It was just beautiful and about two and a half hours total to hike (not including our time sitting and enjoying the view). We recommend this sweet condo and look forward to returning again! Enjoy!💛

We stayed for a week and felt extremely comfortable right from the get go. Cleanliness, new bathrooms, kitchen had all the gadgets needed for our stay. Not only was the sofa great for watching movies and early skiers, but even the bunk beds were comfy! The high ceilings were a beautiful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I arrived for a 4 night stay. Super easy check-in, easy parking, easy access. Location is a great ski-in ski-out spot - made navigating with small kids simple (not much lugging of things required!). Condo itself was clean and comfortable - surprisingly bigger than expected, which was nice!! Loved the fireplace and the living room area. It was all around cozy. My only complaint is it could use a few more items in the kitchen - baking pans and whatnot. But that’s because we tend to cook more than go out for dinners. And if that’s the biggest problem, then this place is aces. :) We’d happily go back! Thanks for a great stay!

This was such an experience for my family!! The check in process was so easy the women at the front desk were so nice and accommodating. They had hot chocolate and apple cider and the pool was warm and clean! The hot tub is warm and clean! The complimentary towels smell so good and they were free to use then when we got to our room, it was absolutely incredible. The view was amazing. The host/owner was so on point and so sweet and the space itself… WOW! The whole entire area was just so clean we will definitely come back here. Thank you so much. !!!

Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows made the condo feel bright and spacious. It had absolutely everything we needed. Watching the snowcats groom the runs late at night was fun! We never heard a neighbor so being on the top floor really gives you privacy. Cozy beds, heated floors in baths were a plus. The shuttle was always 5 minutes away.

This condo is the perfect getaway for a weekend. The condo is on the top floor, so it has vaulted ceilings and is bright and airy, but also cozy. We visited the first weekend of October, and the fall leaves were GORGEOUS. In the summer/fall, there’s easy access to hiking and running trails (and mountain biking on the ski slope).

This condo is in the perfect location as it is ski in and ski out with free and immediate shuttle service to the village mall restaurants and stores. The shuttle service also includes access to the nearby Clark's grocery store. The condo is fully stocked, immaculately clean and every member of the support staff is helpful and friendly. Marie, the VRBO condo manager, quickly returned messages and helped us with a delayed checkout.

Trails 306 is a great property. Top floor unit with great views! Steps to the slope. The unit was a good size and had a great layout. Comfortably fit 4 adults. Gas fireplace was great to have on cold nights. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Very close to the Gatehouse so a quick walk to the hot tubs (also had showers for after the hot tub). Top of the Village's shuttle service was easy and quick. I was worried about not having a car but it wasn't an issue at all. Front desk was very helpful. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Would be nice to have a knife block and an extra cutting board and cookie sheet. Would also be nice to have a few more kitchen essentials (oil, vinegar, plastic wrap and storage bags). We had a fabulous trip and stay and would definitely come back to Top of the Village and Trails 306 again!

Gorgeous view. Location offers a secluded feeling. Walking distance to Snowmass village and the free shuttle to Aspen. Just be prepared for a steep uphill walk back to the condo. Interior is nicely decorated, not cluttered. Bathrooms are clean and kept in good repair. Kitchen is generously stocked. Beds are subjective, everyone has their own preference. I would rate the master bed as medium-firm. Host is responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We are already planning our next stay at this lovely condo complex.

We had a great time staying at Marie's spacious condo. The decor is unique and embodies the Colorado spirit. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the outdoor balcony. We stayed 4 days and loved the location as it is near to restaurants in Aspen, near to the trails we hiked and the Mountain Fair in Carbondale. The wildflowers were in full glory on the Grizzly Lake and Capitol Lake trails. A must do this time of year! We were within walking distance of the Brush Creek Trail -good for biking and running, the free Thursday night outdoor concert and the Snowmass Village restaurants.

Great Apartment, big bedroom with king bed attached bathroom and washer/dryer. Other room had 2 twin beds and couch in livingroom is really nice. Only complaint is that checkout is at 9am. Hotel checkouts are at 11am.. that's more reasonable.
