Great location and easy access to the slopes. The transportation that was provided to the mall area / shopping was a plus.

Marie was a fantastic host!! Excellent and quick communication, we always felt taken care of. The house is absolutely gorgeous, lovely views, and a warm, welcoming feeling the moment you step in the door. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!!

Policies
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Housekeeping

Service every other day starting on the third day (trash removal and towel refresh)

Linens changed on request

Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping

Requested items delivered to door (not inside); maintenance completed only when residence is vacant

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking at most properties (one space per condo)

Town of Snowmass Village parking required at some properties: $17.50/day in winter, free in summer/fall

Insurance

Strongly recommended trip cancellation and interruption insurance

Rollaways & Pack 'n Plays

Rollaway beds: $25/night (subject to availability)

Pack 'n Plays: complimentary with advance request

Taxes & Fees
