Overall our family (2 adults, 1 infant, 1 toddler) had a great time here. t was quiet & comfortable!
Pros:
- Large living room, nice little deck, large bedroom
- Kitchen well stocked
- Great reception and LOVELY spa/pool area (you definitely should go!)
Cons:
- Parking spot is pretty tricky to get into, especially if you have a large car and if you're parking in the snow! It's covered but there is a pole on one side and a rock sticking out on the other.
- Main bedroom bed sinks a bit
- Expensive, but that's Aspen

Very clean and well kept. Loved that there is a free shuttle around the village. Nice to have a grill and TV. Felt homey and relaxing.

Wonderful ski in ski out. We have gone to Snowmass 4 times- Always at Top of the Village.
Just perfect for a family of four skiers who like to come home for lunch.

Beautiful condo with lots of room for a family of four
Beautiful condo with easy ski in ski out. Easy storage of skis in outside closet right outside the condo. Nice hot tub and pool but had to walk short distance. Overall I would stay at this condo again!

Marie’s place was wonderful in a convenient location and incredibly comfortable and clean. The kitchen was really fun to cook in and the Weber grill out back is the best! Perfect stay

Policies
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Housekeeping

Service every other day starting on the third day (trash removal and towel refresh)

Linens changed on request

Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping

Requested items delivered to door (not inside); maintenance completed only when residence is vacant

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking at most properties (one space per condo)

Town of Snowmass Village parking required at some properties: $17.50/day in winter, free in summer/fall

Insurance

Strongly recommended trip cancellation and interruption insurance

Rollaways & Pack 'n Plays

Rollaway beds: $25/night (subject to availability)
