Great place, great experience
Everything was excellent here. Plenty of blankets, towels, pillows etc. Front desk and check in were really smooth and everyone was wonderful to us.

Spring ski trip
Outstanding slope side location; you can literally ski into this condo’s living room. The condo is nicely decorated and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and no one had a problem sleeping. We cooked in most of the time and found the kitchen to be relatively well equipped. This condo is perfect for three couples or a large family. We’ll be returning again next year.

We were very excited to take our adult kids to Trails 103. Ive stayed on the hill a few times and we were hoping the kids would enjoy it.
The unit is clean, updated function, and is a true ski in- ski out. I was most concerned about reducing the hassle with the skis. It’s literally out the patio.
The car port is a half flight down but not too much walking with stuff. We had a larger truck so it was a bit of a squeeze but ok.
I cooked most meals and the kitchen was well supplied. I brought a Keurig and some knives and specialty stuff but it was pretty good as is.
The layout is functional and open for family. The attached baths in the master and second were great for privacy.
Pictures are accurate but hard to tell the layout. It’s nicer than the photos indicate.
All questions answered. The staff is super nice and the shuttle is speedy. Highest recommendation for a family visit.

Had a great time staying at this location. Walking out the back patio affords you some great hiking! An easy walk DOWN the hill gets you to Snowmass Village Mall (a little different scenario walking back UP the hill)! Great that each bedroom had their own bath. The washer and dryer also came in handy. (A few coffee filters would have been nice to have been provided, but we made do.) Otherwise, kitchen stocked appropriately. The unit was clean upon arrival. This was one of my top 3 family vacations and would stay here again!
