Snowmass
Great Condo! View, location and kitchen ready if your a chef. Just a quick heads up... like MOST condo's in this area, there is no air conditioning. This condo does indeed have multiple fans, per room, but if your temperature sensitive it could be a little uncomfortable during the day if its an unusually warm summer. Over all, i would totally stay here again! Thank you to the owners :)

I agree- although we are at almost 9000 feet in elevation, there are still some very warm days in the mountains. We have invested in several portable air-conditioning units that are ready to borrow from our front desk. We would love to have you back!

Great place to stay in Snowmass. It was very clean. Close to the pool and gym. There is hiking at the top of the gondola and also behind the building. Lots of restaurants in the mall down the hill. Easy drive to Aspen.

Great ski in ski out location. Spacious unit with a nice common are which makes it great for groups of 4-6 people. Having the top of the village shuttle makes it really easy to get around Snowmass. Would definitely recommend and looking to stay again next time I’m in the area.

Great location.
Well furnished and supplied with great property management. Top floor corner unit with elevator, so important with skis etc.Love the real wood burning fireplace. and the views and the lighting. The second bedroom is more appropriate for kids than adults and the mattresses can use some updating. A bit of a walk to the hot tub and pool from this unit but not a problem and worth it for the privacy.

Great condo on an upper floor at the top of the village. Easy to walk to the village or take a free, short, shuttle ride. Easy to access Aspen, dining, and shopping. Great fishing within 20 minutes drive. Not bothered by other guests our entire stay. Highly recommend!

The place is in a fantastic location, easy walking distance to some shops, bars and restaurants, although you might want to use the condo complex shuttle to get you back up the hill! In addition to the complimentary shuttle, the complex offers some great amenities like a pool and hot tub, although we didn’t use them.
The space itself was cozy and inviting and had all the amenities we needed. It’s literally right on top of a hiking trail that is part of the ski routes in the winter, if that’s your kind of thing. We spent a great deal of time in downtown Aspen and it was a quick 10-15 minute drive to wherever we wanted to go. Would definitely use again.

My daughters and I had a great stay at this lovely, comfortable and well appointed condo. The location at the top of the hill offers wonderful views and privacy, and the courtesy shuttles to and from the base area were a bonus. Would highly recommend!

It’s a condo hotel. Convenient location with many restaurants and shops down the slope. Inside the unit is clean and stylish. No AC in the unit and the bedroom windows are all facing the hallway. It’s a little hot unless you leave the windows open. The wifi needs to be fixed.

Great place to stay in Snowmass! It was plenty of space with all the comforts we have at home! It is at the very top to the hill, so if you walk back from the town you'll get a nice little workout! We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was perfect. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There were plenty of dishes, a drip coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, dishwasher. The only thing I needed that I couldn't find was a sheet pan. I wound up using a pyrex pan for biscuits.
This condo is at the end of several condos and there was a trail right behind it, which was nice. It's also within walking distance to Snowmass Mall where there is a coffee shop and several restaurants.
My husband was surprised that there was not air conditioning, but we didn't need it. There were a couple of fans and he appreciated that.
I will say if you have mobility issues, this condo has some steps to get to it. There is an elevator, but once you get to the top floor there are 2 sets of 4-5 steps to get to the condo. There is one parking space assigned to each condo. Unfortunately, someone parked in our spot the entire time so we had to take a guess on where to park. They are leaving 48 hours between guests so it is not full.
If you need groceries, I would either bring them or stop at the City Market in Aspen (15 minutes away). I was dumbfounded by the prices at the local grocery store.
Overall, it was a great stay. There is a lot to do in the area. I actually wished we were able to stay longer.

We had a great 3 day stay. Great option in the Aspen-Snowmass area. The place is exactly as pictured in the listing. Spacious, clean, well-furnished and warm, cabin like feel. TVs in every room, games and comfortable beds made us all feel at home and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds! The condo is part of Top Of The Village condominiums resort. They had just reopened the pool and jacuzzi, so we got to enjoy that too. Overall a great option at comparatively reasonable rates for Aspen area. Would stay again.

Our group loved this condo! It has a bunk room with 4 beds, and a master! It was the perfect size for our group of six! We shared some great slow breakfasts around the table! We really enjoyed the place! The condo is managed by Top of the Village which made it easy to get our questions answered. The staff at Top of the Village were very helpful too!

This is a great condo that is fully equipped with everything you'd need. My kids loved the bunkbeds and my parents loved the view. It's a short (although vertical) walk to great shops, coffee and restaurants and the on-demand shuttle service means you never have to move your car. Would happily stay here again!
