The Top of the Village condo was top of the line - the fixtures/furnishings and finishes are high quality. The location is quiet and close to a popular hiking trail as well as ski in/ski out in the winter. The pool and exercise facility were great. You can walk down to the Mall - The management provides a free, on call shuttle if you don't want to walk back uphill or wish to go other places in the Village. Importantly, this property did not charge the outrageous cleaning fees other Airbnb properties in the area were asking.
My understanding is that Destinations Hyatt is the property manger for Top of the Village so the property and staff meet their high standards. It is possible to book direct from Hyatt - don't know if this will be a better price, but you can use/earn points if you're a member of their loyalty program. I would stay again.

What a lovely spot. We had a great stay at this vacation condo! It’s definitely more hotel style than home style- don’t expect a stocked kitchen- but it was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and the location can’t be beat. This unit is at the top of the hill, and there’s a beautiful walking trail just outside the door. 5 min walk to the hot tub (open until 10!!)
The kitchen had sharp knives and all the appliances/pots/pans you’d need. Beds were comfortable.
The staff were so friendly and very accommodating (helped us find a parking spot for my visiting sister, supplied us with little items we forgot to bring, etc. we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Marie!

This condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay with a baby. The staff was amazing and I appreciated the helpful text in the mornings and before check out. If you’re going to stay in either aspen or snowmass this condo is perfect for you! And PARKING IS FREE!

Place was great and very cozy. Loved that it was on the first floor and we could just walk out the back door to the trail behind the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. The top of the village shuttle service was also great and quick to take us anywhere in snowmass. Would definitely recommend.

The space was beautiful and extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed - this is a perfect place if you want to cook any meals. Comfortable and clean condo with great location

We had a lovely stay in this condo. It is located at the very top of Snowmass Village with frequent free shuttles that take you anywhere in the village so you do not need to climb the steep hill each time you want to go out! The unit was very comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Nicely renovated space with very easy access to Snowmass for skiing-can walk directly out the sliding glass door and hit the slopes. The walls are a bit thin and this unit is on the first floor, so you can hear others walking by outside or above the unit, this did not bother us but noise does travel here. Would definitely stay here again- thank you!

True skin in/out, very friendly staff, shuttles to help you move around the steep hill. Very much recommend! Only suggestion - renting pretty frequently and used to a bit more spices available in the kitchen, we cook our own meals most of the time and had to buy spices.
