Lovely stay! The place was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed being able to walk on the trails right outside the condo! Communicative, helpful, and kind staff. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Wonderful stay! The space itself was roomy for the four of us, the living area felt so cozy, the kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed, and we loved the views from the balcony, bedroom and also coming from the front door! Host was super communicative from providing helpful instructions for check-in to being responsive with our requests. Also convenient and great for value to explore Snowmass, Aspen, Maroon Bells, Independence pass and the surrounding area. Would definitely come back!

Great trip! Just a few things to note so others aren't caught off guard: A lot of the furnishings in the condo are different than the pictures in the listing. The condo is "ski in ski off" but only once you get to / take the elevator down 4 stories - the elevator is a bit of a trek when wearing ski boots / carrying skis.
The shuttle service provided by the condo complex was very convenient within the town, but I would suggest arranging any airport transportation ahead of time if not planning on renting a car!

This is a well maintained condo unit that is right at slope side of Snowmass. You can walk out of the unit and ski down to base or take the shuttle to the bus station to go to other nearby ski resorts. It's conveniently located and shuttle services is easy to navigate. The unit is very nice and very comfortable for family of 4. Aspen/Snowmass is not cheap and this unit delivers good value for what you spend.

Located at the very top of Snowmass and affording beautiful views, this condo offers upgraded appliances, very comfortable furnishings, covered parking, Hyatt management. Had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Hopeful we can stay again next year.

Beautiful Condo

We rent 2-3 condos each year and find they typically are as advertised. This condo exceeded expectations. Surprisingly spacious, fairly newly remodeled, brand new Webber gas grill, outstanding location steps from an easy run and just up the mountain from the mall and base. We watched skiers during the day and snowcats grooming at night . Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Snowmass does an excellent job grooming and enforced COVID requirements. Very few people and no lift lines, probably reflecting strict requirements. Totally worth the extra effort. Dish washer needs maintenance but, no other issues. Manager was helpful and answered questions but not much info provided on things like check in/out, where to take garbage....but got answers when we reached out. Overall I would highly recommend this condo and Snowmass.

This is a great location in Snowmass. Great view on the slopes. (The fireworks were literally directly infront of the balcony/living area. Very Easy to literally ski in and out slope it’s on goes directly down to village express lift or gondola and can ski to the door when finished. Kitchen well appointed if want to cook. The shuttle service for the complex is easy and extremely responsive. Marie was great to work with. Would stay again.

summer in the rockies

The condo was a delight to spend a week in. It was super-comfortable, well furnished, had nice views to the aspens and slopes behind, and was cool enough that just the outside breezes were enough. The location was excellent; in fact, we discovered a great combination of two trails (the Sleigh Bell and the Ditch Trail) just steps up the hill from us with amazing views of Capitol Peak. If there was any downside it would be the dishwasher. it cleaned the dishes well, but the lower tray crashed down whenever you pulled it out--could eventually result in breakage. I would simply replace it with a better model.

My wife and I stayed for a portion of our honeymoon and absolutely loved how this place felt cozy and luxurious. Marie was very helpful to resolve our only issue the first night and the rest of the stay was fantastic. We were given great service and tips for local business and activities. The pool and spa were accessible and very clean. Parking was easy and clearly marked and very close to the elevators although we took the stairs almost every trip.

Our family of four was quite comfortable staying in Marie’s condo. Very clean throughout, wonderfully stocked kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds and quiet for sleeping. So nice to have a balcony to enjoy morning coffee. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Marie!
