Spotless condo with nice furniture. Loved being on the 4th floor and wake up in the morning with great views of the mountains and also being right across from the pool and jacuzzis. It was a plus to have the included parking at the bottom of the stairs instead of across the street. We cooked several meals and appreciated having enough pots and pans, cutlery, plates …

This is a great ski in/ski out spot right on green hill which was great for our little boys who are just learning to ski.
We ordered groceries from Clark’s and had them delivered. And we also went out to eat a couple of times or got food to go. Everything is super convenient.
The shuttle that goes from top of the village to anywhere in Snowmass village was perfect.
This is our second time staying on top of the village and we’ll definitely be back!

If you want ski-in / ski-out in a comfortable condo with a view of some ski runs, this place is a great fit. We could spread out if we needed to work or do conference calls, we fixed great meals, we enjoyed watching snow cats groom the slopes at night and skiers and snowboarders fly past our condo during the day. Condo was a nice temperature - kept the cold out, but not sweltering like some ski places. Shuttle service was very quick and easy when needed.

We enjoyed our condo and stay in Snowmass Village. The condo was updated and clean as a whistle! It was a perfect spot to relax and was close to lots of hiking trails and only 6 miles from Aspen. There were many restaurants and stores at the bottom of the hill to enjoy and Clark's grocery store 1/2 mile away.
When we go on vacation, we cook almost every night. The kitchen was great and equipped with every cooking utensil that we needed. I would like to add, if you are a cook, you will need to bring everything (even salt and pepper) as there isn't anything in the condo. There were coffee filters but only one kitchen towel and washrag. We also could have used spray cleaner to clean countertops and floors.
It was warm when we were in Snowmass and required fans at night. The staff brought us two box fans. Later on, we found small fans under the sinks in the bathrooms.
I enjoyed the pool and hot tub that was directly at the end of our driveway.
I would not hesitate to rent this lovely condo for your stay in Snowmass Village.

Top of the Village is perfectly located, no matter what you want to do in Snowmass.
The condo is roomy yet cozy and staff is at your beck and call.
Pool and hot tub across the street are amazing, and Snowmass mall is a short walk, or even shorter shuttle ride away.

Great condo steps away from hiking trails and a shuttle to take you down the hill to shops and restaurants. The pool, sauna, and hot tub are across the street. Full kitchen and a grill on the balcony to stay in and entertain for dinner. The staff on premises were all so helpful and very friendly. I could not ask for a better place to stay in Snowmass Village.

This was one if the best places I've stayed in the Aspen/ Snowmass area. Pretty condo, beautiful surroundings, dedicated parking. We cooked a lot and the kitchen worked great. Used the pool, too, which was nice. All was easy-- check-in, check out, etc. Highly recommend!

What a great weekend escape spot! Marie was so accommodating when we had a change in plans due to a medical emergency. She was quick to respond and let us know exactly what to do to make sure we got into the condo okay on Friday night. There was plenty of space in the condo for the two of us and it was very clean & well-kept. It looked as though it could comfortably sleep 8! The first day after running the Aspen Half Marathon, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to unwind then to go to the community pool/hot tub. The hot tub was amazing especially with the strong jets- just what I needed for my already sore post-run legs. We spent the afternoon exploring Aspen which was an easy 20 minute drive from the condo. That night, in an effort to save $$ since, although incredible, Aspen is not the best spot for those on a budget :), we cooked at the condo and thankfully it was fully stocked with kitchen essentials and had a terrific grill on the patio! The check out process was a breeze and they even allowed us to have a late check-out since our hike at the Maroon Bells went a little longer than planned. Would highly recommend and definitely use Marie’s condo again for future trips! Thank you for a lovely visit!

Marie's place was such a great find! Everything was just as described, clean, easy access and stunning views!! We brought our two young kids and they especially loved sleeping in the bunk beds. We were able to make breakfast and have coffee in the kitchen each morning.
I had to take the car to do some work and my husband and kids were able to call the shuttle to transport them wherever they wanted.

Staying at 407 Slope at Top of the Village was a great experience for my family. The ease of ski in/ski out was a special treat that allowed us to get to ski school on time and take a long last run with our children at the very end of the day. Very charming.
