Beautiful and well kept condo that was perfect for 4 adults for our girls weekend trip. We were all able to get ready and had plenty of space. The accommodations were comfortable and the location was perfect for getting to and from Aspen as well as enjoying the surrounds just outside our door. The check in and activity center is located directly across from our unit which provided quick access and the covered parking was appreciated. We would definitely put this at the top of our list for a return visit.

We had a great stay! The check in process was smooth and we easily found our parking spot and condo. The assistants at the front desk were very helpful and the amenities of the condo were wonderful! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! Great location! We would definitely stay here again!

We came up for the Snowmass Aspen JAS Fest. Could not have been a better place to stay. We will definitely be staying here next year! The location and cleanliness are my 2 important points when staying in any Airbnb. This place was 5 stars on both.

The Top of the Village condos are spacious, well-kept and well-stocked with pretty much everything you would need, including lots of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. (No food stocks are included in this unit except hotel-style coffee/tea supplies.) The gas grill on the balcony was a Weber and it worked great, once I figured out the gas valve timer. Pool and hot tubs at the clubhouse were also first rate. There is no daily housekeeping for Airbnb rentals, but that was fine with us. Given how expensive the Aspen/Snowmass area can be, this is a fantastic choice of lodging for the price.

Perfect location in Snowmass
Stayed here with two friends for five nights. Location is impossible to beat - right on the slopes. Property was very clean and appeared exactly as advertised in listing and photos. My favorite feature: a wide-open view of the slopes right from the living room.

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
