The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials, and the residence features a private patio with a gas grill. Ski-in/ski-out, right next to the slope. Very convenient. The living room was bright and spacious. Nice toilets have bidet seats. Very convenient and comfortable. Everything is good however some storage rooms were locked by the owner. We have nowhere to put the empty luggages and had to leave them in the living rooms which took quite some spaces.

Great place for family
This was a great place for our family. Beds and condo were comfortable and accommodating. Location is beautiful with easy access to downtown. Free shuttle. Extra pillows and blankets appreciated. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful!

First time staying in Aspen, My whole family wowed the apartment right next to the ski slope and enjoyed the community amenities, such as shuttle service, swimming pool, and hot tub. Complete kitchen set so that we can cook. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are perfect for 4 person family. Everything is beyond our expectations. Love to come back again during the winter time!

Policies
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Housekeeping

Service every other day starting on the third day (trash removal and towel refresh)

Linens changed on request

Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping

Requested items delivered to door (not inside); maintenance completed only when residence is vacant

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking at most properties (one space per condo)

Town of Snowmass Village parking required at some properties: $17.50/day in winter, free in summer/fall

Insurance

Strongly recommended trip cancellation and interruption insurance

Rollaway beds: $25/night (subject to availability)
