Three couples in town for a fall wedding. One king and then two separate rooms each with two twin beds. Regardless of what the listing says this is the layout for 203. Checkin was across the street and this is where you are issued physical keys. Keyless entry would have made things easier as we were not all on the same schedule. Overall roomy and had all the basics. As a fellow host, was disappointed to see the kitchen didn’t have any simple ingredients (salt, pepper, tin foil, cooking oil, etc). Not a requirement just adds a nice touch and makes things easier for those wanting to actually use the kitchen. The assigned parking space is covered but very narrow to get into. If you have a second vehicle like we did, the other vehicle has to park in Lot 12 or 13. It’s not too far however it’s an uphill walk and quickly reminds you that you are a higher elevation. Saw the ski/board equipment storage outside downstairs. Green run right outside the back of the condo.

Great location with many activities in village area. Safe and secure. The welcome center was great perk with pool and fitness center. Hiking trails in walking distance from condo as well as access to gondola for shopping, food, and activities. Condo was setup perfect for family relaxing.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean condo that was perfect for a quick autumn getaway. Proximity to town is decent, but if you're looking for lots of walkable options, it may but be ideal. Small, but nice pool with 3 hot tubs just across the street.

The home was really clean and free of clutter. It was easy to check in, and we even were originally supposed to check in after 8pm and they were so accommodating. At this home there was nothing to do when checking out. But we took the trash to the garbage downstairs anyway to help out and keep the home from smelling. This was the easiest Airbnb I stayed at in that regards. The location was great. The host was super responsive to all my text messages.

Great hike in hike out/ski in ski out with an outdoor elevator which will be great if we return for ski season. You can walk to the village and mall, slope side, beautiful views! Slightly dated but clean and spacious. Only complaint is that we had a large and loud group on the third floor above us.

What an amazing location. The Condo was spacious and perfect for a family/group of 5. The living room and kitchen were cozy and comfortable. And the location is perfect -- with easy access to the slopes for skiing or hiking depending on the season and the Top of The Village Lodge was across the street with a pool, 3 hot tubs, comfy couches and lounge chairs, coffees etc. It was a perfect get away. We literally didn't use the car the entire weekend and loved the location and restaurants and morning coffee shops and the sites!!

the property was exactly as viewed and presented on VRBO which suited our needs for 3 couples, but their was a broken lamp in 2 pieces in one of the master bedrooms which I took a photo of when we arrived. also in the same master bedroom there was a problem with the toilet handle for flushing. we did enjoy the location and the property, thank you.

Great Location and slope view/access. Condo accommodated our family well. Older unit with thin walls. No housekeeping included with VRBO, but the front desk did provide excellent service. Shuttle provided in Snowmass.

We had a great stay. The condo was really well supplied and comfortable for 3 couples. The pictures were for Slope #203, but we ended up being put in Trails #203. It was the same layout unit, but different furnishings. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some. Condo was convenient to Aspen and Basalt area. We did hiking, biking, fishing and golf and this was a great location. We did a fair amount of cooking in and this unit had everything we needed. Grocery store within 5 minutes and several restaurants really close as well. Only complaint would be there wasn't a closet available to guests in the room with the balcony which made it a little difficult with some clothes we wanted to hang. Overall a great time. We would definitely stay again!

This was a super place that was convenient to hiking in the summer. Far enough from the chaos of Aspen but still close enough to enjoy the Bells and other hiking trails. Highly recommend.

We stayed in late June, during the off-season, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The views of the mountains were very nice and we watched hikers and bikers climbing up and down the nearby path. If you are traveling with a toddler, exercise extra care with the unit's doors and windows. At least one window opens on the bottom, leaving a thin screen as the only protection against a dramatic fall for a small child. We made a point of locking problematic doors and windows.

This place has everything you need and the staff at the front desk is incredible. Easy to communicate with the host and they accommodated parking for our entire group. You could not have a condo with closer access to the slopes.... you can hit the run with a snowball from the balcony. Hot tub/pools are literally right across the driveway and the accommodations were spacious. Only beef was we couldn't get the HDMI input to work with the TV (we tried two different cables and two different inputs) so we couldn't watch our group slideshow but other than that, cannot recommend highly enough. Priceless stay!

I highly recommend staying here. We had a part of 6 adults, the condo was spacious, the location was super convenient. Marie’s place is super clean, washer & dryer in condo, offered nice toiletries in each bathroom and they smelled really good too :-). Kitchen had everything you needed! Check in was easy, free shuttles provided, Aspen airport was very close. Check out was at 9am, our flight was at 4pm, they let us hang out in the lobby all day and held our bags. Everyone in the lobby was so nice.

Were in the Aspen area to see/hear an Erie, CO musician play at the St. Regis Hotel over the weekend. Needed a space for 5 adults and the 3 Bed/3 Bath unit fit the bill! Comfortably large rooms with plenty of space to allow for social and privacy for guests. Staff were accommodating for early/late arrival/check-out requests and allowing for additional vehicle parking. Nice to find a place that had charm, good staff and met our expectations.

I love Snowmass and Aspen,and staying at The Top of the Village was great! The condo was spacious for our family,6 adults and an 18month old. The master bedroom was awesome and comfortable. The other two were a little warm for my kids. Fans are really needed at night in the summer. We especially loved the large family room, and would book this unit again.Checking in and out was so easy and having a covered parking space was a plus! All in all a great family trip!

Tremendous access, convenient to everything. Our son was enrolled at Challenge Aspen and the slope access directly uphill from the mid village location was perfect. Stayed for a week, and it was so convenient to slopes we skied Snowmass the entire time. Very comfortable, family friendly unit. Plent of space for family of 6.

Stayed here for a week long family ski vacation, and it was perfect. The Snowmass slopes are just a few steps away, with easy access on and off the slopes; and the local shuttles and regional transit can take you to the grocery, restaurants and shopping at the bottom of the hill, all the way to Aspen...for free! Aspen Mountain, Highlands and Buttermilk are just an easy bus ride away. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were great after a long stay skiing. Would definitely come back again and would recommend to anyone coming to the Aspen/Snowmass area.

We had such a good time. There was 5 of us. Everyone had a place to go. 3 FULL baths No waiting in line. We saw Bambi and her babies every day. By cooking everyday except one we were able to only spend $70 per person for the week. Breakfast,dinner and snacks. Great Value for being in the Aspen area. Please when you replace twin bed mattress purchase the xl for the length. It was a little short for 2 grown men. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.
