A bit pricey, but considering you are near Aspen, the best price we could find. Condo was very nice and well stocked. One parking space and additional public parking close. Free shuttle to Snowmass Village, close to Aspen.

Maria's place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location is ideal for hiking, biking, live music and restaurants. The space was very clean and cozy. We would love to come back again soon.

My daughter and I spent a long weekend in the Top of the Village Condominium #202. We enjoyed every moment of it! The place is located in a perfect spot, only a short drive to Aspen und a short walk to Snowmass Village. Hiking and biking options are available in abundance and the fall colors were magnificent on our hikes! Absolutely breathtaking area!
The condominium has a parking spot just a couple stairs away from the entrance door, which was very convenient! Even though this is located in a condominium complex, the place was very quiet! The Condo itself is decorated very nicely and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The place was extremely spotless and we tremendously enjoyed that as well!
From the moment we arrived to when I got back to my own home I received text messages checking in to see if everything was going well and asking if we needed any help. With their help we found delicious restaurants and fun things to do!
Top notch place and I can highly recommend it!! We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Aspen is a special place! Our family has a house in town but we treated the kids to NYE up on the hill and it was an adventure worth taking. The condo is an ideal location, right off of Express lift. We were right under the fireworks and it was an amazing end to 2020. Accommodations were lovely and the guest services took great care of us. The hot tub and pool were great and we appreciated the “covid” care that was taken. We will come back!

We loved staying here! The condo is very cozy and very clean. There was more space that I thought, so plenty of room for a family to stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for one week and had a great experience! It was charming, stylish and very clean. This condo building is owned by a hotel chain (Hyatt I think) so they have the hospitality & services of a hotel, which was a bonus. We highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Nice interior design and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen and already-wired gas bbq grill are fantastic.
The condo is very close to restaurants in Snowmass Village.
About 30 minutes drive to Aspen.
Overall great experience at this property.

This is the place you want to rent if you are trying to experience Aspen for the first time or are returning. Great place for 6 there's room for a two more if someone stays on the couch. Great kitchen for big dinners and amazing slope side access. We Did a day at Snowmass then drove to Highlands and caught a show at the Belly Up. Bus transportation back was a breeze. Don't bother staying downtown Aspen.

Super cozy and FANTASTIC PLACE! We had no problems with finding or checking-in and the staff at Top of the Village are amazing people. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and it is absolutely at the top of our list when we decide to come back to Snowmass.

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.
