Not sure how anyone could be unhappy with this property, great location, great condo, great clubhouse spring break ski trip with the family, couldn't be better.

Four of us were here for our annual snow trip. Ski on/off was great - down the elevator and steps to the snow, above the village express lift. Unit was spacious (apart from the kitchen) and everything worked well. Front desk was very helpful and responsive, and the shuttle up and down the hill was also reliable and easy. Hot tub is across the road in the reception building. Would happily come back here again.

Beautiful place. There's plenty to do in the area if you're not visiting during ski season. The in-town shuttle was a great perk!

We are satisfied with our stay at Marie's condo. It is clean and spacious bedrooms. Living room is cozy and kitchen has adequate utensils.
There are 2 things to improve:
1) Check out time at 9AM is too early. We came the day before at 10PM and check out at 9AM. Other locations usually have check out time either 10AM or 11AM
2) The condo (for 8 guests -likely 2 cars) has only one designated carport; If the management can give an extra parking permit or instruction what to park for guests who came after office hours.

This condo was spacious and perfect for our group (7 people). The boys loved the huge bunk bed. Marie was a responsive host and prepared everything we would need. The hot tub and swimming pools were a big bonus. We would love to return the next time we visit this area.

Marie's place exceded our expectations. The condo was extremely roomy for a family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were spotless and all the furniture was comfortable. We loved the 2 balconies off the living room and main bedroom overlooking the ski hill. It was easy to walk out to the mountain and enjoy the trails. Marie was prompt and responsive with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is wonderful. King beds for all. Definitely efficient use of space. Master shower had 2 shower heads! Shampoo & Conditioner are provided (Nest) in each of the 3 showers. Bars of soap are provided in each bathroom. Nest hand lotions are provided in each bathroom (and you need it due to the dry atmosphere of the high altitude!). Toilet paper, tissues and paper towels are provided. Multiple bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths per bathroom; Dish towels and dish cloths; Fully stocked kitchen. sponge and dish soap; Dish washing tabs for dishwasher. Laundry tabs.. enough for 2 loads.
The slopes are right outside the elevator/stairs. Sitting in the living room felt like sitting in a tree house. There's a grill on the deck. A deck off the living room, and one off of the master bedroom. Ceiling fans in every room.
Very responsive to needs. Dropped things off when needed. Communicated by text when things were going on.

PERFECTION!!! Ideal location. Amenities galore! From free shuttle service to anywhere in the Snowmass area, coffee service provided, laundry available with enough soap for a few loads, and the beautiful and well appointed condominium! It exceeded our expectations!

Marie's place beat expectations. The condo was open, airy and comfortable, and was the perfect lay out/set up for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We were directly across the street from a lovely, quiet, small "club house" and pool, where the kids and we swam and played corn hole and "toddler ping pong". We were all very pleasantly surprised, and would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Perfect place for ski lovers as it is next to ski path. Amazing view of the mountains from the bedroom. Place was clean and tidy. Enough room for 6-8 people. Lots of books were available in the house for the book lovers. Marie provided clear and timely instructions due to which we could easily locate the condo on the late night on weekend. Upper deck of the snowmass village mall is in walking distance from this condo. Overall a great value for money!

This condo was amazing for skiing/snowboarding. It has wonderful amenities from the shuttle service that is free to anywhere in Snowmass, hot tub for after skiing relaxing, to the cooking supplies. There were a few maintenance issues that I think fall on the management company, but the communication was great the whole time.

This location is KEY !! Right on the slopes of Snowmass mountain. So awesome. Also the shuttle service was so nice to take us to dinner in Snowmass village. Love the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable

Marie’s place was absolutely perfect for our couples trip. Every room in this place is king size and every couple had their own bathroom. The views from the condo were so perfect and we really enjoyed the little trails behind the condo too! Over all it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great location; Condo was stocked with everything we needed. The king bunk beds are a game changer and the dual patios were a great place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Colorado summer days/nights. The pool and hot tubs were open during our stay, which was a plus, as well as having an elevator in our building to aid in getting our gear up to our condo. Marie was quick to respond to my questions, and booking/check-in was a breeze! Our experience at Top of the Village was a highlight of our trip to Snowmass/Aspen!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The condo was spacious. The kitchen was well appointed for basic needs. The laundry service was slow to non-existent. The neighbors were occasionally quite loud and there potentially an issue with privacy is multiple decks from other condos can see directly into the living area. This was very odd. The furniture could be updated. That being said that hostess was quite nice and generous.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Everything was exactly as described. Kids had a great time. Particularly appreciated the kitchen with all cooking utensils we needed and the kids loved the board games, puzzles and books. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 little kids and had plenty of sleeping room and seating space. Overall we had a splendid time!

We rented this condo for a fun girls weekend and had an amazing time! It fit 8 of us perfectly/comfortably. The location was great & the folks at the front desk were so wonderful and helped us with anything we needed! They even washed our dishes each night when the dishwasher wasn't working... so unexpected, but much appreciated! Perfect location and as close to ski in ski out as you can get. Very clean and being on top floor allowed for great views of the slopes and cathedral ceilings. Loved the real fireplace. Used the jacuzzi at lunch for a ski break and was perfect.

You will greatly enjoy this place - quick access to the mountain, spotlessly clean, great features for you to enjoy during your stay. Very attentive communication - we felt very well taken care of.
We had a fire each night in the fireplace, and because of a well-equipped kitchen, we were able to enjoy home-cooked and grilled dinners. Wonderful vacation spot for adults or families.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Spacious, stylish, extremely comfortable, great energy. As other guests have said, it's like a sunny tree house. Great heated pool/ Jacuzzi on the premises (which we enjoyed after long hikes), about 15 minute drive to Aspen. Would definitely go back!

A great apartment, kept very nicely in a brilliant location. Take the shuttle down to the mall and then can take cable car down to base village and on to Elk Park. Highly recommend the Crater walk by Maroon Bells (about 3-4 hrs moderate hike) and also a gorgeous little walk by the Grotto Ice caves to a stunning waterfall. The pool was lovely to hang out at - good little gym and hot tubs and a two minute walk from the apartment. Really enjoyed it all! TV system was a little complicated was only query we had!

Marie's place was an excellent home-base for us (two families - daughters going to hockey camp in Aspen). Plenty of space for two couples and a big bedroom (king over king bunkbed) for the kids. Just the perfect set-up! Clean, spacious, and nice cookware/knives (not always a given in some Airbnbs). Elevator to the top floor was especially helpful since the kids had to lug heavy hockey bags to/from vehicles. Loved having so many walkable trails outside the back door and being so close to the base. Hope to stay again next summer!

Marie's place Is beautiful and in a great location. the condo is at the very top of the hill, so be prepared for heavy sloped walking or drive. you will have at least a few stairs you have to walk to get in the condo but there is an elevator to avoid most of the stairs. I loved this condo and would stay again!

This little home away from home made our little weekend stay in Snowmass a pleasant one. The condo felt cozy, and provided such a nice setting. As if you were nestled in a house elevated in the trees. The condo was clean, decorated so nicely and I felt so comfortable and content. I would highly recommend this space for everyone staying in the Snowmass area.

Marie's place was the perfect ski-in and ski-out location for Aspen Snowmass. We just had to walk out and the slopes were right there! Checking in and out was a breeze. If there's anything I always hope for when it comes to airbnb is the CLEANLINESS! It was very clean and I didn't question the cleanliness like I have had in the past with other airbnbs. I would stay here again!

For all the experiences I had with Airbnb, this was one of the beautiful houses. The house had very good interiors and very spacious for a group of 6-8 people. Truly a luxury living experience. We checked in after the guest services closed at 8pm and we did get detailed instructions for finding the apartment and the room.. The apartment is at a walkable distance to beautiful Snowmass Village and 25 mins drive to ASPEN mountain.. Thank you so much for hosting us .

The home looks great and was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was just perfect - we loved the views of the sunrise and the slopes from the bedrooms, and proximity to the beautiful Nature Trail.
The shuttle service was quite helpful since we had seniors in our group.

We stayed at Leaf 503 with the family and the place was great! Better than the pictures. The unit was immaculate and extremely well designed. Would stay there again in a heart beat; and we plan on it.
Half way up the hill but timely shuttles are provided. Easy shuttle access to downtown Aspen and very close to main village Snowmass

The location of the condo was perfect. The village run free shuttles were a huge help, and saved us from the need to walk up the steep hills. The Snowmass Village mall had all the restaurants and bars that we needed. Future renters of unit 503 be warned that the window directly next to the front door is not your condo. We were fooled into thinking that our condo was occupied because we hard voices and saw movement in the window. Whoops. I would go back to this condo the next time I visit Snowmass.

Our stay at Top of the Leaf was absolutely amazing. The apartment was so spacious, clean, and had everything we were looking for - a common room to hang out in, enough beds (and bathrooms!) for seven girls, and a well stocked dishware pantry - to name a few. There's also an on-call shuttle service that brings you to Snowmass Mall/Village to connect to a bus to downtown Aspen (all free!) so you don't have to worry about transportation to Aspen. We loved our stay and will recommend this property to our friends and family!
