Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.
