Family ski trip our family had a great stay at your condo.
We had a great stay at your condo. We were 4 adults and 2 small children. We gathered in this condo with other family for dinners up to 14 people which worked just fine. The walk to ski school and the gondola was so easy and perfect for us. I would come back again.

Perfect Snowmass getaway
Our family of 4 with 2 young kids in ski school had a blast in the condo. It’s a very short walk to the ski school, which was what we needed. The hot tub and pool were also very close to this condo and used by all of us almost nightly. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans that we required and towels/soaps/paper products were provided. My only complaint were the beds. The twin beds In the small bedroom were fairly uncomfortable for my husband, too short and one of the beds was slightly broken. In the master the sheets weren’t as clean appearing as I would’ve hoped. The mattress is a very thick and deep mattress- super comfortable but the sheets barely fit so every night I had to adjust. If you’re going to have a deep mattress then get deep pocket sheets! Overall, we enjoyed the condo and location.

Perfect for family
Excellent location right across the street from ski school. Plenty of space for 4 to spread out. Cooked breakfast, did laundry, enjoyed fireplaces. Great place to stay and would do so again.

Beautiful location. Pool and hot tub awesome!
Loved staying here. It was perfect location. All amenities were great. Close to shopping and restaurants and the Clarks Market was awesome. We even baked cookies in the well-equipped kitchen. Beds super comfy too!

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Housekeeping

Service every other day starting on the third day (trash removal and towel refresh)

Linens changed on request

Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping

Requested items delivered to door (not inside); maintenance completed only when residence is vacant

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking at most properties (one space per condo)

Town of Snowmass Village parking required at some properties: $17.50/day in winter, free in summer/fall
