Relaxing spring break
Great location, lovely beach and pool. Nice amount of space for family to gather when not enjoying the outdoor space. Bathrooms and kitchen a bit dated but the unit was clean and equipped with everything needed except beach/pool towels. Nice to also have access to Sweetgrass spool and fitness center, as well. Enjoyed our stay and would return here again!

Our first experience in Wild Dunes, and we loved it all! This condo was oceanfront, so convenient to get to the beach and the beautiful pool! Alas, be warned that foliage blocks the view, so the ocean cannot be seen from this condo. The staff responded quickly to every question or request that we had, and the resort itself was welcoming. I highly recommend hiring a beach chair rental company to set up your spot on the beach every day. We used IOP Beach Chairs and were pleased. Wild Dunes is also close to some of our favorite restaurants in the area: seafood, BBQ, and that famous Crave Kitchen Mac and cheese, . Also, this condo is owned by Wild Dunes, so you will have amenities such as free tennis time every day and the ability to use all of the pools. While units owned privately often have a beach chair or two, a pool noodle, and some sand toys available, there is none of that here. The WiFi and cell service are spotty, and we had to pick up a Chromecast to cast to the tv. But, we spent very little time inside of the condo. The beauty, the convenience, and the peace of this unit is amazing!

This is a great spot in a great location on Isle of Palms! Very comfortable and spacious and great access to the beach. Nice and quiet when we were there as well. Also, the Wild Dunes resort staff we talked to were very friendly with great hospitality.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation

VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
