We love everything on this property, the only thing to complain was that smell a little bit like old wood but we think is normal for the edge of the property. But it was nothing to worry about

We enjoyed our short stay in Snowmass while in the area to visit the Maroon Bells. The residence was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed to feel at home. The temperatures dropped significantly during our stay so the fireplace was a real treat after long days of hiking! The big windows and deck were great for taking in the beautiful fall foliage. We were pleased with the communication from the management company. It was also nice to be able to walk down the hill to some great restaurant options and then take a shuttle back up the hill to the unit - it is steep!

Great place, lots of extra blankets in the closets was nice. Kitchen was great, location was perfect, clear enough to the Snowmass village but still felt private. Away love a fireplace too! Host was very proactive in communication and front desk was polite and helpful! Would stay again!

Perfect spot very close to the bike park! At the top of the mountain so keep this in mind, although there are free shuttles you can take to avoid walking up the hill. The apartment was very clean and exactly what our group of 4 needed although we could have slept 6 (maybe more) comfortably. This unit is on the 3rd floor so keep this in mind if you have bikes, or other heavy gear, with you. All in all, great location and very clean! We will definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed in the summer. It’s located at the top of the mountain though and would be an excellent ski in/out location in the winter.
Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed.
No problems.
The front desk was also extremely helpful. Whatever you need they have you covered.

Wonderful condo and very nice furnishings and very clean!!! Peaceful setting but there is a maintenance trail just outside the living room windows, but it wasn’t too busy. With windows open in the summer, neighbors are close by. Overall, great experience and close to the mall area for shopping and eating. Pool and hot tubs were very nice. Front desk was very helpful with things to do in the area.

We had the best time. Staying at this condo was a great way to experience Snowmass. All of the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Sauna was hot enough which is unusual! Hot tubs were nice too. All in all, we had a wonderful time highly recommend.

Cozy Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! Wild Dunes is a lovely community and the property was very nice. Although we didn't partake in all of the offered amenities we did enjoy the 5 minute walk to the beach. As hoped, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The screened porch was roomy and a great additional living area. Although it's a relatively small space, our party of 8 did not feel overly crowded. The den furniture could stand a refresh and oven mits and dish towels would also be nice. Overall, a very comfortable home and a great stay!

Everything was a CV positive experience that made our time more enjoyable.

The home was clean and well stocked for any occasion. The furnishings were comfortable and all the rooms rooms were cheerful and tastefully decorated. The home had lots of games, books towels dishes pots/pans, silverware that added to our comfort. The bottle of wine and delicious lemon snap cookies were waiting for us with a hand written greeting! We will be back and the owners/management made sure we had an exciting weekend. Superb hospitality.!!

Policies

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
