Perfect birthday celebration
We stayed at the Polo Beach club for a week and had a fantastic time. The home is spacious, homey, and what a view!!! Worth every penny. The beach is basically secluded as you need a code to get to/from the beach to the condo, so it is a little more off of the beaten path. We walked to dinner at the Fairmount, the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea. It was just perfect! Thank you for your hospitality!

The property and the unit are wonderful. The only negative issue we experienced was with the wind and lack of sun. We were only here for 4 days and two of those days were extremely windy and cloudy.

Have stayed at the Polo Beach Club before so knew what to expect . In fact we were there on a mission . To buy a unit in the building ( which we did ) . The unit we rented had great views and was clean although a little dated . Almost impossible to match the views and beach anywhere on the island . An amazing experience beginning to end .

Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
• All reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
• Polo Beach Club – A property check-in fee of $150.00 plus taxes will be assessed
per reservation.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental

• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name

• We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
• Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies

• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
• Rates are subject to a 8.5% service fee plus taxes on all reservations

• All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual
property's Homeowner Association Rules
