I’ve stayed at Wild Dunes many times in past years for tennis gatherings with a men’s group but it was always during the off season. This time around, we arrived in early summer and brought our bikes. We spent lots of time on the golf courses and beaches. Amenities were great and the staff were very friendly and accommodative. Our unit was an easy bike ride to the beaches and the pools were a hit with our ten year old granddaughter.

Very clean and beautiful. You can’t rent a golf cart if staying in the unit so factor in the walk to the beach (about 20 min).

Beautiful rental—felt like I was walking into a Serena & Lily catalog! It was squeaky clean, so thoughtfully stocked, great location with amenities and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Upon arrival, we loved it so much I immediately contacted them to add another night to our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

Policies

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Please note that beach renourishment work may be taking place near this unit during your stay. For the most up-to-date project information, please visit the City of Isle of Palms’ City-Managed Beach Restoration Projects page.

Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation

Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals is not responsible for issuing refunds, rate adjustments, or compensation due to the temporary closure, limited availability, or unavailability of any ancillary amenities or services during a guest’s stay. This includes, but is not limited to, pools, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, spa services, dining outlets, and retail operations.

Guest Acknowledgment:
Your confirmed booking acknowledges that access to resort amenities and third-party services is not guaranteed for the entirety of your stay and that closures or interruptions may occur without prior notice.

VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
