Great condo in an incredible location. A very nice updated condo in one of the older buildings of Wild Dunes. I think it is new to the market so remember to bring coffee filters. I forgot and there weren’t any left by previous tenants. You could hear the upstairs neighbors, but luckily they were quiet. It might be annoying if the renters above are loud, but that is no fault of the condo’s owners. Just know during summer months it might be loud. It would not deter me from staying in such a cute condo with a really great location to the beach.
I will be back, Wild Dunes has always been a family favorite and this condo checks all the boxes.

Very nice location, close to pool and a close walk to the beach. WiFi was not working and no one came to look at it after we called to inform them of the problem, other than that it was a nice stay and would stay again.

Everything was great. The place was nice and clean and being able to walk down the steps to the beach and pool was nice also. Not mentioned in the description and worth mentioning- there is a community charcoal grill in the condo complex which was an added bonus!

Refunds may not be available for cancellations made within a certain window prior to arrival. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due 30 days prior to arrival. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Check-in time is typically 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the unit description and confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction.
