Easy to find and fantastic location within a few steps from the gondola. This was also a very quiet unit and seemed well insulated from neighbors and foot traffic below. The communication with the management company was always timely and helpful.

This was a beautiful and well-maintained property to stay in. The kitchen had nice amenities and the views in the condo were spectacular. It fit our family of 5 well and it is definitely a place we would come back to. The bathrooms were updated and there was room for us to sit back and relax while taking in the views in the living area. I recommend this space for families wanting to be in the action of the village but also have their own private space. Accessible walking to restaurants, ski lifts, and shopping. Definitely worth staying in!

Great location in the heart of Lionshead! We had a wedding at The Arrabelle and this condo was a 1 minute walk from it all. Can't wait to come back and stay here again for Ski season!

Amazing location, beautiful accommodations!
We had a great stay! Candidly, we spent most of our time out of the suite, which was very easy to do given how perfectly it is located to things to do. It’s prefect. Aside from the great accommodations, I want to commend the property manager we communicate with. The room we were originally scheduled to stay in had a potential delay in construction and to they reached out to let us know that they wanted to ensure we had accommodations as expected and moved us to a new unit so there wouldn’t be last minute stress. They were so friendly and professional.

Great condo and location
The condo was great and the location close to the lifts was wonderful. The owners left an awesome write-up, which we found upstairs under a lamp. Disappointed that there was no washer/dryer in the unit as stated in the listing. The kitchen had no dishwashing liquid or salt and it took 3 calls to the management company and 3 days to get anything. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Good condo. Had everything we needed. Convenient to all. Management needs to replace ALL light bulbs. Using 25 watt bulbs in most fixtures is ridiculous. It's 2024, let's get some LEDs in that condo! In the same vein, Vail 21 needs to replace the light bulbs in the elevator. The bulbs were all working, but it was so dark I wouldn't allow my daughters to go in there alone.

Central to all attractions. Bus stop, ski lifts, restaurants all within 2 minutes walk. Ski rental downstairs and very cozy accommodations. Highly recommended.

Ideal Location in Vail
The condo was even better than advertised. Cozy but still plenty of space for a family of four, quiet, clean, and easy to access. Beautiful views from the balconies. Most of all, just the perfect spot to access both villages in Vail. There’s even a market right across the street for groceries and conveniences. Cannot recommend it enough, and plan to return if the hosts will have us again!

Amazing Location
We stayed here for spring break with our two boys 10 & 13. Great location near the bus, market and gondola in lionshead. Hot tub was fun too! Laundry down the hall was very affordable and easy to use.

Great size and location
The condo was exactly as advertised. It is a great location in Lionshead Village, walk to the market, restaurants, lift, and gondola. Great size as well with 3 full baths which was great for our group. Had everything we needed!

Perfect location
The property location couldn't have been better. Close to the lifts and the Vail bus as well. A few of the appliances didn't work, but the mgm't company replaced them on the same day. The website pictures made the unit look a bit bigger than it really was, but overall it was excellent.

Great Condo, Perfect Location
Thank you for a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious and allowed us to spread out a bit. The days were warm without AC, but mornings and evenings were cool enough. We recommend the Berry-Picker trail, just a short walk from the condo.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
