This one-bedroom plus flex space unit features a king bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed in the additional flex area, with a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Enjoy two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

Great spot but expensive! Not the hosts fault though, that is the cost to stay in one of Vail’s villages during ski season. Really great location with a super short walk to Gondola. You’re in Lionshead village so everything you need is right at your doorstep.
Minor things: The bunkbeds are very squeaky with kind of cheap mattresses and the tv in the bedroom is old with a poor picture. New bunks and a new tv and this place is perfect.

Nicest Property Ever!
I believe this is the nicest place we have stayed for ski in/ski out. We thoroughly enjoyed how the entire facility has been well kept. We loved how centrally located we were for shopping and yet close to the Eagle Bahn Gondola (19) lift. This condo was listed as a 1 bedroom, 2 bath. However, to us it would be equally accurate to describe this as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The bunk beds are located in their own cove off the hall. All that is lacking is for them to be walled off and add a door. We did not find this lack of bunk bed privacy an issue. We much prefer this over our boys using a pull out couch in the living room. We decided to pay the extra (over a 1 bedroom 1 bath) and found it to be everything we had hoped. During our stay we had a problem with the TV's DVD player that management resolved better than expected. The only negative we had with the property is that we had to take our luggage a long narrow path, plus an elevator, from the garage to the room. I have found this to always be the case in ski resorts. However, they had more carts readily available for our use than I have ever seen before. Make no mistake, my whole family wants to stay there next year!

Super convenient
Loved having gondola a couple minute walk, rented ski downstairs, pork sandwich at Moe’s, breakfast each morning at the Little Diner all just a minute walk!

Great location and very convenient. Room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. Wish we would have had a dryer in the room for wet ski equipment but overall a great time!

Great location, easy check in, nice amenities (ski locker, pool, access to Lionshead Village). Super close to Gondola. Easy parking (and free!). Perfect for my husband and I for a quick ski trip.

Great condo in an amazing location
This condo was amazing! Full kitchen was ideal with kids, the nook w bunk beds was perfect for 2 kids (there’s also the pull out couch), pool and hot tub were just around the corner from the room, Lionshead gondola & skating rink was just a short walk away, Vail village was a quick bus ride. Daily cleaning was a treat, underground parking was easy, & Landmark staff were lovely. Would highly recommend for a skiing family - and especially if there are any non-skiers!

great place, great location....everything as advertised...daily maid service was perfect, place was clean, set up worked well....bunk bed alcove plus bedroom with 2 baths was everything we needed.

Property was clean. The bed in the master bedroom needs replacing as well as the couch neither were comfortable. The kids liked the bunk beds. Bathrooms were really nice. The cleaning staff when they came in didn't do a very good job.

Policies
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM
Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
Parking

One vehicle included per reservation (garage parking).

Additional vehicles: use Town of Vail parking structures (fee applies).

Front Desk

Open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during peak winter and summer.

Hours may vary in spring/fall.

Late arrivals: pick up keys from Landmark lock box (code provided in confirmation).

Taxes & Fees

Tax: 10.8%, subject to change.

Resort Fee: 6.5% taxable, covers property services.

Residence Protection Plan: $69 per reservation, covers accidental damage up to $1,500 (must be reported before departure).

Housekeeping

Daily trash and towel service.

Stays of 5+ nights receive a full clean with linen change on day 4.

Excessively dirty units may incur an additional cleaning fee (minimum $500).

Pack ’n Plays available upon request.

House Rules & Guidelines

No smoking or pets (penalty: minimum $500).

Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (no loud or disruptive behavior).

Wildlife: No trash left outside; bears are active.

Ski boots: Not permitted indoors, use ski lockers.

Do Not Disturb: Staff must enter if the sign remains on for more than 24 hours.

Occupancy: Only registered guests allowed; exceeding limits (including infants) leads to penalties.

Supervision: Adults responsible for children’s behavior and safety.

Fines: Up to $500 for policy violations.

Fire Safety: Units equipped with extinguishers, smoke, and CO detectors.

Garbage disposals: Do not use for grease, glass, bones, fruit peels, or paper.

Private Residences: Respect all owner belongings and keep unit items inside.

Liability: Guests assume full responsibility for personal property and safety.

Additional Notes

Travel insurance strongly recommended, especially in winter.
