Great place to stay!
We enjoyed staying here. It included great amenities such as several pools and hot tubs, restaurants, and tennis courts. It is also convenient to nearby Charleston. Due to the season, the patio furniture was covered in pollen, and we had to vacuum the furniture ourselves. Other than that, the home was charming, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Top notch all the way. Great location.
I was pleasantly surprised by the Montaneros as well as the room we stayed in. From the moment we walked in the place exceeded our expectations. The gentleman who checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful. The lobby and common areas are very nice. The parking garage being at the lobby level made unloading easy. There is a room at the lobby level to store skis, boots and poles with a popcorn maker that the kids loved. The short walk to the slopes or the lionshead shops from the lobby was perfect. The room we stayed in was amazing. The appliances, cookware, utensils, furnishings, etc are all top of the line. It felt like it was our home for the weekend. From the looks of it the owners spared no expense when renovating this unit. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. If you are looking for a place that can sleep a family of 6 comfortably this is the place. The one thing I would change is the hook situation when walking into the unit. The current setup does not hold coats well with no room for other gear. I’d suggest some larger hooks at different levels so people can hang jackets, helmets, gloves on.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation

VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
