Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.

Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

No Pets Allowed
• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name
on the reservation will be required to check-in.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
• Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies
• No pets allowed
• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
• Rates are subject to a 8.5% service fee plus taxes on all reservations

• All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual
property's Homeowner Association Rules

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.
