A lovely place to stay! Well equipped kitchen. Spacious lanai with a nice view despite the unit overlooking the parking lot. We did feel like the ad made it seem like it was ocean front & were a bit disappointed to find an "Island View" aka parking lot with lots of greenery view. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the beach hut were helpful & it was a refreshing surprise to be able to have your own food & drinks in the pool & tv area. Quite a few really nice BBQs for grilling by the beach. There is a lottery for the grassy palapas so get your name in for that at the pool hut. Despite it being a condo, there is daily housekeeping & and a concierge you can text, which was handy for finding the ice machine...etc. Would stay here again!

While the resort itself is oceanfront, the residence you reserved is classified as a garden‑view unit. It does overlook the parking area; however, we’re glad you were still able to enjoy the surrounding greenery. The condo was very comfortable and clean. You can’t beat staying at the Alii for its beautiful surroundings and amazing staff. We had massages at the athletic club and Ashley was terrific! We visited during an extreme storm that kept us indoors for the better part of four days, with an occasional sprint to a restaurant. For anyone who likes to cook some meals while vacationing, since always eating out can get old, just know you’ll need to buy seasonings, oil, etc. as there are none here.

Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 30 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.

Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

*Deposit and cancellation policies may vary depending on when your reservation was booked, and what promotion you booked with. Bookings booked early and receiving discounts are non-changeable, nonrefundable. Please check your confirmation for your deposit and cancellation terms.

No Pets Allowed
• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name
on the reservation will be required to check-in.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
• Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies

• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
• All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
• All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual
property's Homeowner Association Rules

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $3,000.
Kaanapali Alii Reservation Policies and Fees

Reservation Policies & Fees
Deposit
• Your deposit policy will depend on the rate you booked.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
30 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $495 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000.
