Welcome to Kaanapali Alii 414 a beautiful 2-bedroom, ocean-view residence with with a fully enclosed den that comfortably serves as a third bedroom.

Located in the heart of Maui's Kaanapali Beach. This spacious condo accommodates up to six guests with a well-designed layout two bedrooms and an enclosed sleeping den. The ground floor location of this condo allows for direct access to the stunning pools, beachfront grills, and the soft sands of Kaanapali Beach, enhancing the convenience and enjoyment of your stay. You can literally walk from your condo lanai out to the beach in 30 seconds!

The interior of the condo exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, highlighted by designer details, granite countertops, and warm wood cabinetry. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals that can be enjoyed on the expansive lanai, in the dining area, or at the bar stools that line the kitchen counter. The living area is furnished with a plush wrap-around sofa and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. Unique features include sliding glass doors in the second bedroom that open directly onto the lanai, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a work station where you can send off some emails with a view of the tropical grounds. The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and private access out onto the ground floor lanai. The sleeping den features a queen bed to comfortably sleep additional guests.

Overall great stay. A couple things were that one of the beds had sand in it even though it appeared to be a cleanly made bed when we arrived, which made it seem like it hadn’t been changed. In addition the washing machine smelled moldy which might be worth looking into. Otherwise enjoyed the stay quite a bit.

We absolutely love love love the location for our family! This is our second time staying at Kaanapali Alii and it will not be our last. We had a separate reservation for another condo and they were able to give us a condo that was ground level and 20 steps to 414. The condo has everything you need and in the heart of Kaanapali beach. We were able to walk to beach, pool, bbq area easily! Kids were playing volleyball in front of our Lanai and made a few friends! Thank you for the wonderful memories ❤️

Perfect first trip to Maui with the family. Beautiful property. Condo was perfect size for family of 6. Clean and updated. Had all necessary items in the kitchen for preparing our own meals. This particular condo was a great location, first floor, close to pool and beach. Walked everyday down to restaurants and shops at Whalers Village. Safe area, my teenage kids walked down the path to shopping without me worrying about them. Pool area was kept clean. Access to beach and beach chairs was great. Quiet, friendly resort. Large pool for everyone and quiet pool for adults. Perfect for all ages.

Lovely condo on the beach, would definitely return. Patio doors open into the pool area which makes it great for children and relaxing around the pool. Great gas BBQ area as well with views to the ocean. Location is just south of the Whalers Village for shopping and restaurants and for other activities that you can access via a paved path along the ocean.

We had a wonderful time at the unit, however, the initial check in was not up to par. Once we were set up, we totally enjoyed our stay and would come back again in the future. The ground floor experience was very helpful to enjoying the pool and ocean. We felt safe and secure with our Grandkids going in and out of the unit.

Deposit
• Your deposit policy will depend on the rate you booked.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
30 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $495 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000.
