We absolutely love this resort. Second time back but at a new unit. One of our favorite places ever. Private yet close to whalers village. Best beach on the strip in my opinion. Perfect for our family of 4 including two kids 19 and 21. Favorite family spot and with the travel all the way from Missouri. Feel home! ❤️

We had an amazing week and loved our stay here in this condo. The condo is well equipped with essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen supplies), very clean, and we had zero issues! The staff at the resort is so friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area are so nice and plenty of room for everyone! The views are excellent and you can hear the ocean waves while falling asleep;)

Beautiful and like new condo
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and modern condo. Very spacious rooms. Kitchen well stocked. And best of all were the views of the beach and ocean from the multiple rooms and from a very large balcony. We would come again for sure!

Top notch location! Everything described is accurate. The property is super clean and right in the middle of Kaanapali beach. The unit was stocked above and beyond what we have encountered at other condo rentals. We highly recommend!

Our Family stayed at Kaanapali Alii in early July 2022. This was a beautiful condo with a great view of the pool area and the ocean! The condo was clean and provided maid service. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. There are grills by the pool for grilling your food. There is a staff person down there who is ready to assist if needed. The pool and whirlpool area is clean and not congested like you might find at the hotels adjacent to this property. This property is conveniently located to Whalers village which has shops and restaurants. If you are a runner or a walker, there is a beach walk stretching from this property north and south which I ran most mornings. Highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved staying here. The beach was literally in our backyard and wasn't crowded at all. The pool was perfect. The place was well stocked and very clean. We loved the breathtaking views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to stay. We'd love to stay here again!

So we went all out and booked unit #383 for 10 days, just returning home recently. It was expensive, but worth every penny. I will break it down in simple format, as I know many of you (like myself) rely on reviews to make decisions, especially expensive decisions like this. So here it is, good and bad:
1. Condo is VERY clean. Clearly updated within last 1-2 years, and it shows. Kitchen has all the cooking tools you will need, but look around as various tools are in various spots. I should have looked through all the drawers first before making assumptions. It's all there....wine opener, can opener, spatulas, etc. Bedrooms were great. Master with King bed was SUPER comfortable and of course has great views of the ocean. The other bedroom with the two full beds actually is attached to the lanai. I thought the master was, but not a big deal.
2. Showers are fantastic and roomy. I travel for business ALLOT, and cannot stand when showers don't drain well, are tight spaced, etc. The shower here is great in both baths. They have all the lotions and soaps you need as well, so be sure to check the drawers in the bathrooms in full too. Tissue, toilet paper, etc. is all there.
3. Main living area is great, nice TV with good selection of channels if you wanted to unwind. We pretty much had the Olympics on whenever we were watching, which is not often. Come on, you are in Hawaii!
4. Location was AWESOME!!!!!! Absolutely perfect. Here is a MAJOR difference from being in Maui a number of times.....this is a Private condo. The Westin next door? Beautiful, huge, and PACKED to the nines! This condo/resort was quiet enough that we had plenty of private space, cabana availability, and it wasn't elbow to elbow. Best part? The beach was not jammed with people like the other resorts. The waves were not as rough as they were in front of the Hyatt Residence, so it was perfect. Walk right out to the beach in 2 minutes. Small note, but elevators were very quick to come, whereas some places you wait for minutes.
5. Pool area was extremely clean. They hose it down from the beach sand every morning, so it is always nice and clean. Folks in the shop where you get boogie board rentals, cabanas, etc. were all super nice.
6. Staff overall were fantastic as well. I did not get the name of the guy that helped us with our bags and later groceries, but he was humping it man! He moved fast, and was Uber nice. Great staff for sure.
7. The BBQ area was well maintained, and had openings all the time. They were smart and put multiple grills out there (I want to say like, 8?). A little tricky to light in that it is hard to tell at times if the flame is going. I had to bounce around a few grills but got it by the end. They are high end grills (Flame Magic) and well maintained. Always clean.
8. Location to grocery store was AWESOME! Safeway is like, 5 minute drive. It was easy to shoot over there and grab what we need. Do yourselves a favor and load up on day one. I know everyone just wants to get to the place, drop off stuff, and relax/hit beach, but best to get the shopping out of the way early. We only had to make one quick run to store outside of the first day. Also to note, on that strip mall that the Safeway is at, there is a Jersey Mike's sub shop (great!), Starbucks, ABC shop (if you don't know ABC, it is great for towels, T-Shirts, sunscreen, little Hawaiian trinkets, etc.), and a Long's Drugstore if you need something there. Very conveniently located to the condo.
9. It was very busy as I mentioned, so my plans to Doordash food or Instacart groceries went out the window due to excessive delivery times. I just ran out quick a few times since it was so easy to jet over to the mall. I was going to Instacart the groceries at a minimum, but glad I went to the store since there was so much I was forgetting.
10. Take inventory on spices, oils, etc for your cooking needs. Unfortunately I forgot about those when shopping on Day 1, so first meal only had salt to flavor stuff. I recommend picking up a small bottle of olive oil, maybe a mixed spice for grilling, etc. I left some stuff there, so hopefully someone got it.
11. Going out to dinner was almost impossible. Luckily my wife made 2 reservations in advance, so we got in to eat twice, albeit at the same place (Son'z Steakhouse at the Hyatt Regency), but the food was good and it was good to get out a few nights.
12. Book every activity and dinner well in advance of going. It is very busy in Hawaii with everyone jonesing to get out of their houses from COVID, so things are booked up bigtime.
All in all, the trip was not cheap, as I mentioned. But if you really want to experience a great vacation at a beautiful condo steps from the beach, then this is a winner. I have a family of 4, and we were very comfortable there. I will definitely go back, as we found the location and amenities to b exactly what we would expect for a perfect trip. You will not regret staying here, there is no way.

Nice condo, modern and in good condition, next to the beach, true to the pics put on the site. Checking in and out was simple parking space included. Large bright rooms, all appliances work well, we all enjoyed it.

Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be

Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $450 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
