We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Very walkable with lots of restaurants near by. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent Condo
We were very impressed with this condo, the view from the lanai is more amazing that the photos show. We whale watched every morning and afternoon. Tons of room for a family of 4. Housekeeping was wonderful to have. The interior of the condo is very homey and comfortable. The lighting throughout is very moody/lots of dimmers and we loved it! Just Perfect. We will look to book this condo again in the future.

Nice unit with a great view
We enjoyed our stay at Ka’anapali Alii as always! Some of the best views of the beach and this particular unit had a great view of pool as well. Well equipped unit which was perfect for our stay which included us and another couple. Thank you for sharing your condo! Mahalo

We have stayed in Kaanapali many times over the years, and each time have stayed in different places (no repeats). No longer. We fell completely in love with this condo and location. In future trips, we will first try to book this condo (343), and if it’s not available, will look for other options in Kaanapali Alii. This place was perfect for our family. The condo had a fantastic location and was very large and beautifully furnished. All the staff were very kind. The facilities were beautiful. And the proximity to everything in Kaanapali Beach couldn’t be beat.

The condo itself is probably the nicest I've ever stayed in not just in Maui, but anywhere. The attention to detail put into the interior decoration is apparent, the bed super comfortable, pillows perfect, the blackout curtains actually worked. The lanai is huge and has three sliding doors - from dining room, living room, and 2nd bedroom. There were books, puzzles, and games for those looking for some down time. We are from California where everything is 'low-flow' faucets so we appreciated the water pressure in the shower!
The location is perfect with Whaler's Village a short 5-minute walk away where you can shop, go to Maui Escape Rooms, grab a quick bite to eat, or have a longer sit-down meal at several beachfront restaurants. There are also paddleboard, surfboard, and boogie board rentals beachfront on either side of the Ali'i resort. We recommend boogie boarding directly in front of the Starbucks next door for the best waves (and giant turtles!). If you are into snorkeling, I highly recommend Kahekili Beach Park which is a 5-minute drive away.
I've been to Maui many times and this condo at the Ali'i was by far the best. Thank you for allowing us to stay there!

Kaanapali Alii Reservation Policies and Fees

Reservation Policies & Fees
Deposit
• Your deposit policy will depend on the rate you booked.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
30 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $495 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000.
