Absolutely beautiful. Feels brand new and the views are incredible. It’s the perfect location and best strip of beach in Kaanapali. I plan to book this place again. Worth every penny.

perfect condo for our family
This condo was perfect for our family of six. It had plenty of room to be comfortable and ensure good sleep which was important to us after traveling from the east coast. Very clean! The pool area was nice although they did run out of pool towels one day. The beach area was also great and we loved the proximity to the commercial area down the boardwalk and the snorkeling at Black Rock. The only disappointment to us was not having a restaurant on property. A coffee shop/grab ‘n go would be a great addition!

This place was absolutely beautiful. We had a great stay without any issues, looked exactly as pictured (the space was actually bigger than expected). The resort itself was well maintained and the staff were super friendly. Easy access to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants…just an overall great location! I would definitely recommend.
The only pro/con, depending how you view it, was that the balcony area overlooks the Westin Resort next door. Our stay was Tuesday-Saturday and each evening they had the Wailele Luau starting at 5:30pm (fairly loud music and drums). It was great for our family and kids to hear and see the show, but I could see how that might not be ideal for everyone.

The condo was perfect. It's just as described and had everything we needed. The unit was extremely clean and nicely updated. The host was informative and helpful. The building is in the middle of Kaanapali beach and is near the restaurants and stores. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend and will be staying here again. Mahalo for our amazing stay!!

• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name

Deposit
• 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
60 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $450 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
