I was super happy with this spot! I didn’t even realize I was on the ground level, tucked in a spot where it felt like I had my own mini front yard. The place was super clean and fully stocked with every appliance you could imagine for cooking. Because of that, and the washer, dryer, and dishwasher, I was able to cook my own meals and pack my clothes clean and sand free :) The bed was comfy, and I loved the vanity area, which was perfect for doing my makeup.

loved the ground floor access to go in and out easily. It’s next to the water filter in the hall which was a plus…nice gym too. Loved walking out right to the beach. Maria from housekeeping was so sweet and friendly :)

Unit 112 was wonderful. Ground floor unit so kids could run outside on the grass, steps to pool and beach. Exceeded our expectations. We ate every meal outside on the lanai. More mellow than other resorts which we loved but still had great pool, beach and concierge amenities. We would love to return!

The residences was a great place to stay everything was as pictured online. The property was very clean and the unit was more spacious than I thought it was going to be. The staff at the pool and around the grounds were all very nice and helpful. Our 12 yr old son was very pleased with the location as there was a lot to do with the pool so close and his surfing lessons met on the beach right in front of the Ali'i. Shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance, we never needed to drive any where. We had a great experience and would stay at the Coral Tree Residence again.

Great spot for our family
Our family of four had a great few days at this condo. Really enjoyed being on the ground floor with easy access to the beach and pool area. Check-in and check-out were super easy, everything was very clean, great to have a kitchen and access to grills!

No Pets Allowed
• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name
on the reservation will be required to check-in.

Deposit
• Your deposit policy will depend on the rate you booked.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
30 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $495 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000.
