This place was perfect for our group of eight who came to Isle of Palms/Mount Pleasant for a golf weekend. The description of the home and its amenities as well as pictures were completely accurate. We had everything we needed. Access to restaurants, pools, and the beach is terrific (only a couple minutes walk to anything). Parking was easy and free of charge. Check-in/check-out were seamless. I would highly recommend this venue and will certainly look to rent here again in the future.

Ideal rental, would do it again!
The home is well laid-out with space used well! Beds comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, side porch is nicer than we expected! Short walk to pool and beach, very manageable for our grandsons ages 3 & 5. When they say a "starter supply" they provide one trash bag for kitchen, and no liquid dish detergent. I would bring more starter essentials next time. Great house!

29 Grand Pavilion was a great house for our party of 10. There was plenty of seating in the den with comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable and the house plan was conducive for elderly parents and families with teenagers.
Very close to the coffee shop, tennis, heated pool and walking loop. Great trip !

Beautiful, spacious home about 500 yards from the beach.
11 family members gathered from around the country. This was the perfect location. We had a relaxing time, enjoying morning walks on the beach, good conversations on the screened porch, and good eating nearby. A great wintertime vacation spot.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
