Cozy and excellent place in the heart of Lionshead Vail. Close proximity to slopes, entertainment and shops. Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay here.Higgly recommend this well designed and modern place for your mountain vacation.

Perfect location
Perfect location, overlooking Lionshead square area, pool and hot tubs w/ views of mountain. Unbelievably convenient to shops below- Ski Base ski shop is directly below the condo, along with convenience store, liquor store, restaurants, etc. Living, kitchen, balcony areas are perfect and exceeded expectations. Spare room w/ two beds and bathrooms were perfect. Master bedroom was tight- king bed filled most of the room. Master bath is tight. Master bed and bath seem to be the most dated areas of the condo and don't fit with the rest- Master felt like the spare room. Comfortable bed. We arrived late as I-70 was closed at night due to weather on the way in and we left early for the airport so we didn't have any experience with the front desk. Our welcome packet w/ keys were waiting with our name in a lock box. Good experience.

Great Location, but Unit could use some updating
The Landmark's location is fantastic. Easy to get to the mountain and all of the restaurants and shops in Lionshead Village. Our Unit (L202) has a great view of the Village and you can see several of the trails on the mountain. The unit itself could use a bit of updating. For example, the fan in the master bathroom is as loud as a train engine and the shower is dark and cramped. In addition, the couch in the living area was not really comfortable unless you took the back cushions completely off of it. At some point, the coffee maker should be upgraded to a Keurig. Nevertheless, these are all small things relatively speaking and the Unit and the Property itself are certainly worth visiting.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.
