Please be advised that 4th floor penthouse located within Chateau Christian building, will be undergoing a full renovation. Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and noise from power tools and other equipment is expected during these hours.

To account for this, rates have been reduced accordingly.

The condo was perfect! Perfect location as it’s walkable to restaurants and shops and walking trails. The pool and hot tubs were so nice. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Our family would definitely come back again.

Great location. Stayed in the summer. Playground for kids and the pool are just steps away. Gondola was a two-minute walk. Easy access to the river. Tons of restaurants to enjoy nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! A group of 7 of us stayed in Vail Village to participate and watch the rock climbing competition. This place was located in a great area for walking to the venue and the host was very gracious when we checked-in. The space worked really well for our group and there was a pool and hot tub right outside our room. We would highly recommend this place to others!

Better than described!
Amazing all around. Location can’t be beat. Pool, hot tub, right off the patio. Ski lift and gondola, bus stop, restaurants, shops, all within 5 mins walk. There’s even an ice rink within 3-5 min walk. There’s a quick entry/exit swing fence door to walkway to the shops next to the unit entrance. The residence unit was just like the photos. The room with bunk beds was a big hit with my toddler. All beds comfortable. Kitchen was superbly setup with all you need. Nicely decorated and fun place overall.

Pics can’t quite capture this condo. It was the perfect size, great furniture, the view was awesome, proximity to shops and gondola, it’s all within a 1 minute walk. The kitchen was great, everything you need. Beds were comfy. I will absolutely book this again.

This is a great condo. The location is incredible - very walkable. We had a smooth check in and bonus front desk where we left our luggage for a bit. The condo had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. It has a patio right off the pool and hot tub which was so convenient. Would recommend!

Perfect Location!!
Condo was absolutely perfect. We stayed with our family of 5. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Condo was immaculate, location can not be better. Steps to gondola, restaurants and pool, hot tubs and fire pit right outside the back door. There’s a small general store right by the condo for any grocery needs. Convenient parking. You can see the slopes and gondola from the kitchen. Would def stay here again!

Terrific Location + Amenities
The place itself is highly polished and up to date. Furniture, appliances, technology — all solid and fairly new. The fact that you get access to a front desk with concierge service creates a hotel-like feel. They were super responsive to requests for extra towels, key cards, etc. The place also comes with a daily cleaning service — fresh towels, garbage cans cleared out, etc. The three hot tubs were communal to the property but we never had issue getting access to them. We also got access to lockers to stash our snowboards and gear. But the top selling point is the location. Restaurants, shops, the ice-skating rink are right outside the front door and the Eagle-Bahn gondola is just a five minute walk (with boots on ;). So much better than having to load up a car and then park in a distant lot. It’s a pricey stay, comparative to places in surrounding neighborhoods, but the amenities and proximity or the action make up for it.

Terrific 2 bedroom in the heart of Lionshead (Wheelchair accessible)
We very much enjoyed staying at the Landmark in Lionshead Village! The condo was just steps away from restaurants, shops, and a gondola. The patio connects with the beautiful pool deck and fire pit. The unit was clean, and the beds were one of the most comfortable I have slept on. I traveled with my elderly parents, and the building was accessible for my mom who gets around mostly by wheelchair. She just needed to take 5 steps down to get into the Village. Everywhere else in the building was wheelchair accessible. Thanks for a great stay!

Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Holiday (December 21 – January 2): 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival.
