Location is amazing!
This townhome is as beautiful as advertised. The large windows overlooking the ocean are gorgeous. Plenty of space. Easy access to pool, beach and resort. Walking distance to tennis courts and golf.

We booked this for a bachelor party weekend and we had an awesome time! The house was beautiful and clean and came with the essentials. It was a good price for the venue. The pool and beach access is always an excellent feature to any place. They offered complimentary valet parking for the guests that is just a short walk from the condo we stayed in. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice.

Our group was on a golf trip to Charleston and decided to stay at John & Jessica's place given the proximity to Mount Pleasant golf courses. Overall the pictures do not do the place justice as the view out all of the windows/bedrooms were beautiful. Also, the close proximity to the pool/restaurants made the trip really nice to pop out to the beach or for a quick bite. John & Jessica's communication was prompt and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at their place.

We enjoyed our time at this place. Lots of space and convenient access to the beach and pool. The carpet does need updating and there are walls that could use painting. While these did not impact our stay in any way, updating them will give the house what it needs to be 5 star instead of just 4. We would recommend this property!

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
