We loved the house and the resort. The house was clean for a rental, beds were comfortable, and the porches were very nice. Two bedrooms (master and main floor queen) have large walk in showers and upstairs queen has a bathtub. Pictures make the main spaces look slightly larger than they were, but the descriptions are accurate. The property exceeded expectations- we liked being set back but still very convenient to tennis and the (warm) lap pool, and loved the bike paths, beach access and landscaping.

Great stay! Let us check in early for no extra fee, we had issues with our fans and maintenance stopped by within the hour and then brought new ones. Would stay here again! Do wish I had tried to book directly with them, but not their fault just a heads up to others that I think you can do so. Beautiful view and the parking was easy, really like that there was no assigned space just a tag. Thanks, Coral Tree!

Perfect condo for a fall getaway
From our condo picture windows we had a great view of the changing golden aspen. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen and were glad we brought all our food including sugar, salt and pepper. Very comfortable condo and just steps from the shops in Lionshead. Very enjoyable stay.

Good condo, clean with good location. Management could optimize.
Check-in process could be improved. Door is electronic, so all I need is a code, but they have me go to another address to get code written on a paper- just message me the code next time. Also I called the on-duty manager, who was not able to look up the laundry code over two days. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. Our room was as advertised, clean, well kept. Just a few small issues the property management company should improve.

Vail guys trip
The unit was clean and comfortable for the six of us staying for a long weekend. Access to the hot tub after skiing was great and location to lionshead village can't be beat. The view from the unit of the ski slopes is incredible. We were able to communicate directly via phone and through the app with questions prior to and throughout our stay.

Spectacular views
Very nice unit with spectacular views of the mountain. Just a short walk to Lionshead village and the lifts. Nicely furnished and very clean. Perfect for a large family. My only nit was that the check in process was unclear, but I messaged the manager and they responded in minutes.

Great location and unit overall!
Had a great time while staying here. The location is just a short walk from Lionshead’s gondola. It was just as pictured. Had no issues contacting host for questions and all of our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Getaway
We loved this place. The location is phenomenal. Right in Lionshead Village. Basically left the car parked the whole time. There is a storage locker for skis and equipment. Fully furnished. Maid service. Management was very easy to work with and very responsive. We had a wonderful time.

Great location
Overall decent stay. Can’t beat location. There was an issue with door when we first got to the apartment. Office dispatched maintenance immediately upon notification. Nice common area and kitchen. Closet in hallway upstairs. Not a walk in closet but decent space. Overall fairly clean but could use deep cleaning in some areas.

Great Place to Stay!

Location and views
Sit back in the evening and watch the cats on the mountain. Wake up in the morning and watch them start up the lifts. Short walk to the gondola, everything in the village is right outside the building. Condo is a little tight but it is set up well so it works.

Great location, comfortable beds, everything works.
Located in Lionshead, close to the Gondola, this property worked great for our group. We were able to cook breakfast, go ski, and go out to eat, all without using a car. All of the appliances worked - the 3 bathrooms were plenty for our group of 7. The property was clean, and the daily maid service was appreciated. The staff at the front office (The Landmark) were very helpful - aiding us in our departure by storing our luggage and showing us how we could shower and change after checking out.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
