Policies
To help make your stay as seamless as possible, Palmilla Beach Resort reservations include applicable resort, booking, cleaning, and property protection fees.
The nightly resort fee varies by accommodation size and season, ranging from $45 to $105 per night from March 1 through October 31 and $30 per night for all accommodations from November 1 through February 28.
A 12% booking fee is applied to the rental amount, and a one-time cleaning fee is added based on the size of the home or condo.
Each reservation also includes a Property Protection Plan ranging from $69 to $169, based on accommodation size.
Select accommodations are pet-friendly and are subject to a $150 non-refundable pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit.
Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to check in.
At the time of booking, a 10% deposit is due based on the total reservation amount, including accommodation charges, taxes, applicable fees, and package items. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. Palmilla Beach Resort welcomes dogs in designated pet-friendly homes and condos. Select accommodations are pet-friendly and are subject to a $150 non-refundable pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit.
Pets are not permitted in non-pet-friendly accommodations. Guests who bring a pet into a non-pet-friendly unit may be subject to additional cleaning, damage, or policy violation fees.

Palmilla Beach Resort Vacation Rentals does not provide refunds, rate adjustments, or compensation due to the temporary closure, limited availability, or unavailability of resort amenities or third-party services during a guest’s stay. This includes, but is not limited to, pools, beach access, golf facilities, fitness amenities, dining outlets, and other resort services.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that access to specific resort amenities and services cannot be guaranteed for the entirety of their stay and that temporary closures or interruptions may occur without prior notice.

resort amenities, services, and the overall guest experience. A separate Cleaning Fee will also be applied
to each reservation to cover the standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for
the next guest. Cleaning fees vary based on unit size and seasonality.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll
be happy to provide access as soon as possible, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our housekeeping team adequate time to thoroughly clean,
inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next arriving guest.

Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted inside any Pamilla
Beach Resort rental accommodation. A minimum $400 fee may be assessed if smoking or vaping occurs
within the accommodation. Additional cleaning or damage charges may also apply.
Quiet Enjoyment & Resort Conduct: We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay at
Pamilla Beach Resort. Please be considerate of neighboring accommodations and follow all resort
guidelines and local noise ordinances. We also ask that guests observe all local rules related to beach
use, alcohol, fires, fireworks, beach equipment, and other activities. Excessive noise or disruptive
behavior may result in additional fees or removal from the property.
